A necessary first step to cleansing yourself after voting for Obama.
There has to be about 10 or more different variations to the Barack Obama bumper sticker in existance. I know I see enough of those pollutions here in Baltimore. To those of you who now regret your error in voting for Obama, there is hope for you. No longer do you have to drive around town with that annoying Obama bumper sticker on your vechile acting as a scarlet letter branded on your forehead for everybody to see. Just remember that the journey to recover starts with the first step.

LOL! I hope everyone who fell for Obama's lies are embarrassed. They should be hanging their heads in shame and apologizing to everyone who didn't deserve the Obama Administration.
I have seen bumper stickers that people who were fed up with the Bush administration, the bumper sticker looks like a vandalized spray painted campaign promotion; note, the caps are the paint:
NO Bu^LLshIT 2004.
According to the latest polls, 58% of Americans, mostly Democrats, and the same people who elected Obama into office are disappointed with the his administration.
I'm an independent voter and I did vote for Obama because he said that he would fix the economy, and he never has. I should have gone for McCain. Then again, I'm not politically literate.
You're an intelligent person Conservative Brother, perhaps you can answer me this question:
Why is it when the public gets fed up with their Commander In Chief and think that he's doing a terrible job can distance themselves. However, party members don't seem to do the very same thing.

Everytime I see a person trying a car with an Obama bumpersticker, I also give them a very dirty look. So I guess it can be said that being in a city that overwhelmingly went for Obama, I give a lot of dirty looks at people while driving. lol Most of the die hard true koolaid drinkers who voted for "the one" will never acknowledge they made a huge error. They will go down with Obama like the Captain went down with the Titanic. Even Jimmy Carter still had supporters in the 1980 election.

If they were expecting Obama to fix the economy, they aren't now just disappointed, they are flat out pissed
off. I tried to tell the faithful that Obama was going to further wreck the economy, but they just dismissed me as not knowing what I was talking about. Looks like I'm more then vindicated in what I said back in 2008.

This is what I have a hard time wrapping my mind around. Why did independents vote for Obama in the first place. The number one exit poll issue on why they voted for Obama was because they truly believed he was going to fix the economy. Obama is an ANTI capitalist. McCain wasn't exactly no captain of industry capitalist, but he would have at least had advisors who would have told him what he would have needed to do in order to get the economy back on it's feet. When Obama said in his book audicity of hope "white man's greed runs a world in need" and his pastor said "barack knows what it is like living in a country controlled by RICH white people, how could anyone who voted for him truly believe that Obama cared about mending a capitalist economy? I've never known for a community organizer to have embraced capitalism. Rahm Emmanuel is now trying to convince people that Obama isn't an anti capitalist. A person who embraces the private sector doesn't have to do things like that. Only the anti capitalists have to lie in order convince others that they aren't what they truly are. As for not being politically literate, everybody starts out like that so don't beat yourself up over it. Hell I voted for Clinton! So that is my cross to bare. McCain was just a very small tad better then Obama. He he was elected the economy would maybe be on the mends, but I would more then likely be fighting him along with other conservatives on amnesty and trying to stop a global warming bill.

Thanks. To answer your question, Party members will distance themselves from the president who is the leader of their party. There a many Democrats running in the midterm who do not want Obama to come and campaign for them. Republicans did the same thing with Bush in the 2006 midterms. Some members of the party are loyalist and will defend their president who is the leader of their party no matter what. In their eyes he can do no wrong. So I guess it really depends on the politician.
