Mixing ghetto teens witih festivals "DON'T MIX".
Young black people are out of control. Some people want to make excuses for their actions, and others want to just ignore the problem ans sweep it under the socially stained rug. Trust me, there is a problem. Festivals are normally a place where people go to have a good time. They eat some good food, listen to good music, and they enjoy themselves. Well that wasn't the case this weekend at the Washington D.C Caribbean Carnival Festival. The ghetto gang element turned what was suppose to have been a family friendly environment into a huge violent and deadly brawl.
The word "embarrassing" really doesn't even begin to come close to describing this.

HERE are young blacks that are having a fun loving time totally without incident. It all comes down to "PERCEPTION." It's a personal belief as what you view as the "norm", your posted video, or the kids in the Spelman video.
Allen, if he is generalizing it then what is the problem? I do not think Tyrone really believes that "all" black people are out of control. Do not snap to quick judgments. Anyone with common sense and half a brain does not fill one group of folks into a singular category. Besides that, i am getting a little wary of the term black people.

Go back; analyze the vid of the young fools having to pull up their pants to "throw down". Watch as many run up, run back (cowards). As a military veteran officer I say would they fight so hard for this great country. I doubt most would fight for a job to help pay for their children (I know that hurt some folks). Even so call young woman are in the fray. If you ask these knuckle heads today, right now, what were you fighting for? You would not receive a coherent salient answer because (as you know) there is none. My heart BLEEDS for my people.

I don't think Tyrone believes that "all" black people are out of control either. However, sometimes we write or say things we really don't mean to imply. What can happen is someone who doesn't know his true sentiments "could" contextualize, or interpret that statement to mean "all" young blacks are out of control.
Say for instance I wrote;
"Young Muslim men are terrorists", and accompanied the statement with a video showing young Muslim men shouting death to America. Without knowing who I am or what I believe, how would you interpret my statement?

Come on allen, don't get oversensitive on us. It should have been self explanatory what I was saying. Of course I didn't mean "ALL" young black people. If it will make you feel better, then I will reword what I said and say "too many" young black people are out of control, because that is what I meant. Now here's a tissue.

That's great allen, there need to be way more examples of this. I would love to see it. Did you notice that I described the young black people as "the ghetto element". Not all young black people have the ghetto ignorant mindset. There are some young black people who have a good head on their shoulders.

Allen was just being his typical drama king self. He knew what I was saying. He just wanted to make an issue out of me saying "all". He was playing semantics. Whenever all can't debate something I says, he tries to nit pick at something else I said and then tries to make that the underlying theme.

There are one billion muslims in the world, and it is reported that 10% of them are the radical type. That would make the radical element of Islam around 100 million. I wouldn't say that all Muslims are terrorists, but the overwhelming majority of terrorist attacks being committed around the word is being committed by Muslims. The same can be said for young black youths. Not all of them are criminals, but good percentage of them are committing crime.

Of course not, they have no "disciple", "direction" in life. People who are disciplined and have core moral beliefs simply do not act this way. I wouldn't even trust them to fight for this country. When there is no disciple in the home, what happened in DC and around the country is the end result always.

The morons in this video is what Bill Cosby talked about a few years ago, and was vilified by Michael Dyson, and other hypocrites for making his comments about the action of many of our young people. Where is Dyson, Maxine Waters, Shelia J. Lee, the Black Caucus, Jackson, Sharpton,and the NAACP? They are probably blaming the action of these idiots on someone else. That video shows that many of our people do not have respect for themselves, or anyone else. I am sixty six and have seen a steady deterioration of civility in our communities, we will try to destroy each other for no reason at all. The problems in our communities are not from external forces. We have met the enemy, and the enemy is us.
