Shedding a light on the darkness of black racism.

I have been incredibly busy over the past few days as I'm sure you can tell. So I apologize for the absence. I have one story that was at the top of my stack that I really wanted to post, but I haven't had the time to do it until now. It's a story that really caught my eye a few weeks ago. When progressives talk about racism, frankly they should be smacked upside their head like if they were in a V8 commercial. Since they live in their delusional bubble, they never have to worry about being called out for they own hypocrisy, when it comes to displays of racism. It seems that some progressives have a problem with anything related to interracial couples or bi racial children. I have yet to hear a liberal ever acknowledge that Obama is biracial himself and that his mother was white. Now of course if Obama wasn't who he is, then he would be called biracial instead of being called black by those who want to claim him as such simply because he was elected president. A few weeks ago, a liberal who worked for MSNBC was caught up in a fire storm after making a rather stupid tweet claiming that the GOP wouldn't like the bi racial child in the Chererois ad that ran during the Superbowl.

I wasn't shocked when I first heard about the tweet. Coming form MSNBC, it's all liberal, all race all the time, so what else is new. Now when the Republican National Chairman Reice Priebus called for a boycott of MSNBC in response to the tweet by the now former MSNBC worker, progressives were quick to attack Mr Priebus however in calming the the ad hit sore spot, because it had to be true. I started noticing after this incident how liberals are always trying to make ordinary non controversial issues into racial ones. I thought back to how Melissa Perry Harris and her guests singled out and used the black grandson of Mitt Romney in a family picture to attack him and the GOP..

This is the story that caught my eye and really shows how fake the progressive left is on the issue of race.  Tamera Mowry was a child star on the television series "Sister Sister". All was fine with Tamera until she made the "mistake" of marrying Adam Housley. Now many people don't even know who Adam Housley is.  Adam Housley is a Los Angeles correspondent for none other then "Fox News:". You can picture where this is going, black woman marries a white guy who works for Fox News. As some of you may have guested,  Tamera has been called a "white man's whore" and other sickeningly vile names because of her marriage to Adam. This is an interview with Adam and Bill O'Reilly on what Adam and Tamera have gone through.

After reading comments like these, I can understand why Tamera broke down and cried during an interview with Oprah.
Black and white liberals claim that blacks can't be racist. I find that claim to this day to be one thousand percent to be absolutely absurd and laughable. Racism and bigotry are not trademarked by one particular race. As much as they would like to hang the banner of racism squarely on the right, in the real world, that will never work. Some of the most fierce racists are black liberals when it comes to interracial relationships. A black democratic delegate in Alabama by the name of Alvin Holmes referred to Supreme Court Justice as an Uncle Tom and claimed that he doesn't like him, because "he's married to a white woman"\
I can only imagine how Mr. Holmes felt about Barack Obama's mother and for that matter Barack Obama Sr. Then again, I'm sure Mr Holmes would say he loves Barack Obama Jr though, of course.

Really Tyrone? The tweet said that the "GOP" wouldn't like the commercial? Maybe the tweet said "THE REPUBLICAN PARTY" wouldn't like it. Maybe the tweet said "Reinhold Reince Priebus" himself would denounce the commercial. How about the "ENTIRE TEA PARTY" or, "THE ENTIRE REPUBLICAN CONGRESS" or the "REPUBLICAN GOVERNORS, MAYORS AND TOWN COUNCILS!"

If you're going to tell a lie "after the fact", at least tell a good one. Hell, even Clinton, Bush and Obama told their lies "before" the facts were known. But you're telling yours "after" the tweet has been made public for all to see!

The Tweet read as follows;

"Maybe the rightwing will hate it, but everyone else will go awww: the adorable new #Cheerios ad w/ biracial family".

Lately, I've seen more black men involved in a relationship with a white woman without any problems. I'm not denying that they have not had their share of criticism coming from whites, but when the roles are reverse, blacks tend to have a huge problem with that compare to their white counterparts. Reading Deneen Borelli's book, "Blacklash", she has received a lot of hate mail not because of her being a conservative, but married to a white man. And these are coming from blacks.

When it comes to interracial relationships, why is the public so obsessed with the couples who are black and white? They seem to give those a "free pass" when they date other people from other races. Like Maury Povich, a white man married to Connie Chung, an Asian; or Sean Combs, a black man who dated Jennifer Lopez, a Latina. I knew a guy who is of Korean ancestry married to a white woman. According to what they told me, they had no problem from other people.

Going off the deep end again I see allen. You're playing with the wording instead of adressing the root of what was said, but then again that's typical. To play along for a second, the tweet said
"The full tweet, sent at 8:06 p.m. from the MSNBC Twitter account, read: "Maybe the rightwing will hate it, but everyone else will go awww: the adorable new #Cheerios ad w/biracial family."
So why would the rightwing hate it allen? My friend Jason is white, just as conservative as I am, he's engaged to a black woman, Mia. They have a child together and he's acting as the stepfather to her old son. So why would he as a rightwinger hate that ad allen? I am a rightwinger, and I have zero problem with the Cheerio's ad, it was cute. So does that mean the right wing stereotype isn't exactly holding up to the hype?

And the lie would be what exactly?

The tweet was made. Phil Griffin of MSNBC fired the employee and issued an apology stating "
We immediately acknowledged that it was offensive and wrong, apologized, and deleted it,"
He also said ""The tweet was outrageous and unacceptable,"
Darn those lies I tell.

p allen "Maybe the rightwing will hate it, but everyone else will go awww: the adorable new #Cheerios ad w/ biracial family"."

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You know you can't defend the tweet nor debate it away so you have to comment that I used the word Republican instead of right wing. Um, when was the last time the term right wing has been associated with the Democratic Party? lol lol The fact of the matter is that conservatives are rightwingers, and the tweet was a smear against conservatives. Of course you want to take attention away from the obvious.

Of course, but these same blacks would swear that they aren't racists. They are clueless and are in denial. A good percentage of the black racism against interracial couples comes from black women who believe that white women are somehow "stealing black men" from them.

Big Pop "When it comes to interracial relationships, why is the public so obsessed with the couples who are black and white?"

That's good question Big Pop, and I have no idea why some people are so hung up over it to be honest. It's weird, I would say it comes down to cultural brainwashing from youth to adulthood. Little kids of different races can play together with no problems what so ever, they don't even think about race, it's when they mature and the cultural poising starts to sweep in. I've always said that racial issues is one of three issues that can really bring out the utter stupidity and ignorance in a person. Most blacks still have a racial chip on their shoulders, thanks to race hustlers constantly making race an issue even when it's not. So with that bitterness and animosity, they start to think that if any black person dates or marries a person of another race especially white, it somehow has a negative impact on blacks as a whole.

Big Pop "They seem to give those a "free pass" when they date other people from other races. Michael Jordan was razzed a little bit when he married his girlfriend this year who I believe is Hispanic, but the ridicule he would have suffered would have paled if she was white.

CB;"You're playing with the wording instead of adressing the root of what was said, but then again that's typical".

I'm playing with "wording?" What "wording" was used in the MSNBC tweet? Did the tweet say "GOP", or did "YOU" say GOP? The GOP is not the only entity which is labeled "right-wing." There are Libertarians, Nativists, Neoconservatives, Paleoconservatives, KKK Protestant fundamentalism, hell, there are even right-wing atheists!

Frankly, the tweet could have been meant for all right-wingers. Yet, it could have been been for certain factions. Let's say the tweet instead said; "the religious fanatics will really hate the commercial." Being that you always allow yourself to be read like a book, I'd say, without a doubt, you would claim MSNBC was attacking Christians. But why bother asking what religion, when you can mount a political partisan attack. But that's typical for "right-wingers." You just make it up as you go!

As far as GOP Chairman Priebus is concerned, he's doing what he is paid to do. He's paid to jump all over any politician, political outlets and any statements made by the opposition. That's the job of the party chairman. He's paid to reply to stupid statements by making stupid statements himself!

Haven't you heard that Priebus has geared up the entire GOP to attack Hillary Clinton by using what Bill did in office. Could you have imagined the laughter the Democrats would have endured had they used Bush I's record to attack Bush II?

CB;"The fact of the matter is that conservatives are rightwingers, and the tweet was a smear against conservatives. Of course you want to take attention away from the obvious".

Of course conservatives are right-wingers. But, so are these folks. The writers at VDARE;

"Ad agency Saatchi& Saatchi (email CEO Kevin Roberts) knew its masterpiece would get mindless praise in the Main Stream Media and from Politically Correct lumpen Leftists".

How about these right wingers? Is it possible the tweet was about them?

Jordan's new wife is indeed white. She is just not a White Anglo, Irish, or German American. I think you are getting confused and calling her...maybe Hispanic because her family comes from a South American country, Cuba. She is/was a Cuban American model.

Cuba is not a race, people - it is a place - an island. She is a white Cuban - probably of Spaniard descent, which of course is European. Her last name was Prieto before Michael Jordan married her. Prieto is a Spanish surname - Rubio.

There are many white people in America - like her - that have family that came from Cuba, and I am sure you know why. Just think about the white Republican politician from Florida who conservatives so desperately call Hispanic when it is convenient(election time).

The same conservatives who said there is no such thing as a white Hispanic during the Zimmerman trial call a white guy from Cuba, Marco Rubio, Hispanic when they start think about how they can get Hispanic support for their party. lol.
The problem is those right-wing political strategist are so out of touch they do not realize the experience of a white Cuban American from Florida is totally different from that of a brown Mexican, El Salvadorian, or Guatemalan American of Indian or Mestizo descent from California, Texas, or Arizona. If that went over your head, you need to go do some research and use some common sense. Hispanic is not a race and neither is Latino. I understand people don't know any better and just say what the Government says, but they are bogus terms. Again, go do the research and history and see.

Oh and there was some small backlash online from (some) blacks about Jordan's white Cuban wife:

What is even worst is you should read the comments section!

President Obama announces the "My Brothers Keeper" a public-private initiative program designed to provide training and social outreach to young men of color. In a partnership with the government, W.K. Kellogg Foundation, the Annie E. Casey Foundation, the Atlantic Philanthropies, the California Endowment, the Ford Foundation, the John R. and James L. Knight Foundation, the Kapor Center for Social Impact, the Open Society Foundations, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Bloomberg Philanthropies have pledged to invest at least $300 million to the program.

Tyrone, a few weeks ago I wrote that some on the right would totally flip out if President Obama promoted, endorsed or created a program specifically designed to stem the negative plight of black Americans. Well true to form the knives have come out. Presently, it's mainly the "far right fringe", but mark my words, in the coming weeks the main line right-wing crazies will join suit.

Here's a few....

GOP USA.
God Like Productions.
World Net Daily Read the comments in this one.
Darwin Central.
This right-wing forum really gets wild.
This right wing blog really gets nasty.
The Conservative Papers.
And of course, the right-wing gun nuts at AR15.

I won't even post links to the far-far-far-far racist right-wing, because their comments should be obvious.

The irony though is that the comments on each of these forums contradict themselves! In the same statement, a commentor will label BLACK MEN as criminally inclined, a dredge upon society and destroying their communities. Yet, when an initiative is taken to promote non-criminal behavior, and improve the social status of BLACK MEN, the commentor claims it wrong (or racist) to do so?

Yet, almost every right-winger (black and white) often site the FACT that blacks as a whole have not fared well during the Obama Presidency. The finger has been pointed mostly at crime and unemployment. Well, those two issues is what the Brothers Keeper program seeks to address.

I'm interested to read what your thoughts are about the presidents initiative Tyrone. Although I have a very good idea what your thoughts and comments are, I'd still like to see what you think. (don't wait for instruction from the Palin/Savage/Hannity crowd, just form and cite your own opinion)

Well it sure sounds like a contradition on Obama's part allen. I mean he did say out of his own mouth I'm not the president of black America So I guess now he is. The reason why he distanced himself form this fake church in Chicago was because he didn't want to be seen as an afro centric person that was "too black" to garner mainstream support. He knew he had to position himself as the magic negro in order to be seen as mainstream guy who just happened to be black and not appear as a Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton type.

Interesting, I didn't know that Palin/Savage Hannity had comments on this topic allen. What were their comments? I must have missed them. Anyways take your own advice and stop taking instructions from Maher/Matthews/Shaprton/Schultz etc. My thoughts are my own. It just happens that others actually have the same thoughts. The government can not lift anyone out of poverty. That's on the individual. The war on poverty been a 50 year old failure due that. People like Bill Cosby has been telling the black community for years they need to take responsibility for their own lives and community, and his message has just fallen on death ears. Trust me when I say this, this so called black initiative will bare no fruit in the black community. He's only dong this because so black community leaders were saying that obama was ignoring them. If the root core problems of the black community aren't addressed, any other solutions are just fluff.

Personally, I don't think all of these foundations are needed and are not going to do any good. Again, this if fluff. Black church leaders that are in the communities are the ones who should be reaching out to young black men at risk. How does the money factor in. I can see if it all will be accounted for and allocated to vocational job training, mentor ships etc. The old saying goes, the devil is in the details. Obama did say the right thing, when he said blacks need to take personal responsibility in their lives. That might have been the first truthful thing he has said in his life. Because he told the truth in saying that the empowerment of blacks come from self empowerment, others liberals didn't take so kind to the truth, namely Toure from MSNBC.Touré rips President Obama for stressing ‘personal responsibility’
Now why would Toure have a problem with Obama saying that blacks need to take personal responsibility? Self Empowerment can't come from the government. When blacks are brainwashed to believe that they are somehow life's eternal victims, you start to think like Toure. Even though he's multi millionaire.

Just as I thought Tyrone... You don't have a clue...

This program has a distinct aire' of difference. Most government programs of the past required no input of funding from private sources. Private business community, philanthropists and federal government officials "VOLUNTEERING" to work together to extend opportunity to young black men is something entirely new. Still, who knows if this program, or anything will work to improve young black men as a whole. My point is this... any positive effort promoting good ethics, character, and positive social economics, should be celebrated and supported. And you're right that the Palin/Savage/Hannity contingency has yet to comment on the initiative. That's why you can't take a firm stance on it. However, when they do make a comment, I suspect you'll take your cue and fall right in line.

CB;"Black church leaders that are in the communities are the ones who should be reaching out to young black men at risk".

How many black church leaders and "Reverends" have you vilified lately Tyrone? Suddenly you're a big proponent of "Black Church Leaders?" Are you really that supportive of the average black church that you're willing to have them project their message and ideology onto black youth? Wouldn't you just love to see millions of young black men emulating Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and Jeremiah Wright!

Quite the contrary Tyrone. As usual you're just talking out the side of your neck. You and I both know you're not a supporter of the churches nor the church leaders in the black communities. Moreover, why would you even suggest that the black church leaders are not attempting to promote a positive image in the community? In every major urban area there's no short supply of churches or preachers. Hell, there's a church on nearly every main street and avenue in Detroit...if not, 3 or 4 per block!

Nobody's asking you to support the presidents effort Tyrone. And nobody should tell you "not" to support it. If you're really concerned about the plight of adolescent, teenage and post teen black boys (which you were once one) you would at least allow the effort to run it's course.

The president is asking how are you and your community helping to create opportunities for disadvantaged youth. Here's the link to the My Brother's Keeper site. Scroll down the page to the "Share Your Story" sign-up form. If you think you can, or should help, fill out and submit the form...
