Ah, the classics never die. They just get reused. I posted several months the Hillary edition of the famous Apple Macintosh "1984" Superbowl commerical. Now a Hillary supporter has made their version using Obama. I love this version more then the one with Hillary Clinton for one obvious reason. I've always said that the "Obamanation" has a cult like following. You don't find many intelligent free thinking people in cults. That explain the average Barack Obama supporter. All they know is Barack's tagline of "change". 98% of them don't know where he stands on any issue. Most of them still don't even know where he was born. They will follow this man blindly off a cliff. They pass out at his rallies yet they don't know why. Well this is the make up of the average Obama supporter at an Obama rally.

Baltimore is a trash hole because people like you only complain and take the good out of the community. What programs are you involved in helping the citizens in Baltimore? You should challenge yourself a little further instead of being a monkey for a cult of conservative people. How many bills have Barack Obama introduced and became law. Let me recommend something to you. Maybe if you started thinking as an individual person you could easily see the brainwashing that is evident on your part.
I don't think that kind of "cultist thinking" is related only to Obama...the Liberal/socialist mindset is based on a cultist viewpoint that denies human nature.
The genius of America's Founders is that they saw, as did their mentor, Adam Smith, that humans are, by their very natures, individualistic, and not hivelike or communal - more like lone wolves and less like communal bees. As a result, they set up a system that defined "freedom" NOT as "doing what you want," but as LIBERTY - the grinding burden of complete personal ownership/responsibility....and it WORKED! It released individual human potential to such an extent that America went from impoversihed former Colony to world Super Power in less than 100 years! (America was a Super Power long before WW I, it actually made its presence felt in that regard when it decimated Colonailist Spain in the Spanish American War in the late 1890s....the Constitution was ratified in 1781)
Certainly that system saw an advantage given to the better educated, the more financially well-off and the more ambitious, BUT every human system tends to do that, only not as merit-based as the one America's Founders delivered. In their America, Ben Banneker was commissioned to design the U.S. Capital!
That system still stands as the greatest political system ever devised by man.
IF it can be improved, it CANNOT be done via MORE GOVERNMENT intervention, but instead, via even more "fend-for-yourself" LIBERTY and an even LESS intrusive government.
The triumph of LIBERTY is that only about 12% of the Americans of 1776 supported that view, or wanted any kind of independence from England, whom many saw as "their benefactor." The greatness of LIBERTY (the grinding, complete self-ownership/self responsibility) is proven in the fact that that idea was able to be so easily imposed and ultimately (later on) adopted by the vast majority, even when nearly 90% of the Americans of that day initially opposed it!
In short, LIBERTY triumphed OVER democracy!
What all Liberals/socialists do is to deny man's individualistic nature and the adherants of that warped worldview long for a human hive or collective, where cooperation replaces competition and no one strives to have more nor to do more than anyone else.
We had that system from man's earliest stages. It was particularly pronounced during mankind's Stone Age. That's what happens when no one strives to do more or to have more than anyone else - nothing gets done and no advances are made.
Whoever invented the wheel, or first used fire, was without a doubt an INDIVIDUAL acting on individualistic impulses.
The fact that there are so many delusional cultists around today who subscribe to that perverse viewpoint is a testament to the sad state of our educational system.
Obama's popularity, like the popularity of any Liberal cannot merely be dismissed as mere "cultist behavior," as that underestimates and trivilaizes a very large-scale and toxic problem facing real Americans (those who adhere to America's Founding Design) that must be solved.

Thank You David, I can feel the love lol. When you made the SAT comment, I'm assuming you were actually trying to be witty? I might be wrong,but I don't believe any 35 year old person to date has taken the SAT test at that exact age.

Do you live in Baltimore David? I can speak on the situation of Baltimore, because I actually live in Baltimore. Many people including myself have tried to change Baltimore for the better, but they are beholden to the same ideological mindset that has made the city what it is, a dump. Three hundred thousand people over 30 years didn't move out of Baltimore for the fun of it. Baltimore is called "harm city" instead of "charm city"for a perfectly good reason. The school system sucks, the tax burden is unheard of, yet people in this city vote for the same idiots over and over again. Lemmings can't be educated, they can only be led off a cliff. As long as I'm not following the crowd, I really don't care.

Funny you should mention that david. I guess you can say once upon a time I was a blind, foolish, naive, head in the clouds,sort of dumbed down LIBERAL. I've haven't always been a conservative. I realized that liberalism is for weak minded people such as yourself. You see, I found out early on that liberalism doesn't hold up well to facts and absolutes. Conservatism in a nutshell is apply common sense thinking to problem. Liberalism is about intentions and feelings towards a problem. Doesn't take a genius to figure out quick which approach works no offense.

Thats just it david, I am thinking as an invidual. You can't comprehend that because you are a liberal. In our country we enjoy a beautiful freedom called "freedom of choice". The key word once again is choice. Thanks JMK. It never ceases to amaze me how liberals try to come off acting like they are the smartest people in the room when in actuality they come off sounding dumber then a sack of bricks. I got a good chuckle at David's comments. If one day he discovers facts, he just might be dangerous JMK.

I have a friend that was somewhat conservative and switched to very liberal. It is amazing how he really thinks that he has come to the conclusions on his own. I have pretty much quit talking with him because he is absolutely right and I now have become the bully, hateful person just for calmly voicing my opinion. Those that really embrace 'liberalism' are really sad because their only argument is to attack others but rarely offer real solutions to problems.
