I heard this morning when Obama said sarcastically that McCain is fighting for "plumber"!! Once again Obama's elitism is showing. liberals lie so badly about how they are looking out for the "woking class" yet they mock, ridicule them when they don't vote the way they find acceptable. One day I hope the working class finally figures out who is truly looking out for them and who is just saying they are just to get there votes. It's interesting how Obama, Biden and the mutts in the media are trying to spin this. Joe the plumber never said he makes $250k a year, yet they are purposely lying saying that he said that so they can call him a liar to discredit him. These maggots truly don't have any shame.

This man is going to lose his job just because he questioned Obama! They found out all of this stuff about Joe the plumber, but wouldn't go after Ayers, Wright and Rezko?????

CB says;"I heard this morning when Obama said sarcastically that McCain is fighting for "plumber"!!

"Joe The Plumber" told Obama that he was going to buy a business that would cost some where in the neighborhood of $250k to 280k. It was "Joe" who misled Obama by not telling him that he [Joe] did not have the means, access, funds nor the income, license (which is required in Ohio), nor an appropriate business proposal. Thus, according to Ohio state law, "Joe" isn't really a plumber...

Furthermore it has been found that the company "Joe" works for is not even for sale, and is worth a lot less than the figure Joe proposed to Obama.

Thus, for all intents and purpose, Joe would make out better under Obama's tax plan!

I've said it once, and I'll say it again- When you put yourself out in the political and/or public arena, all bets are off. Everything you do, have done, say, and have said, becomes fair game for the opposition.

That's the part that really ticks me off. The media has now made Joe the plumber the new Sarah Palin. Objective Journalism died a long time ago, this is the era of liberal activist journalism. Speaking of Ayers, I would bet my entire savings on the FACT that if McCain at one time knew the unibomber, Timothy McVeigh or some abortion kiler, the media wouldn't hesitate to report that night and day 24/7 up until the election. The reality is that the media is trying desperately to discredit Joe, but they won't be able to discredit what McCain said at the debate in reference to Joe.

How again did Joe mislead Obama allen? First off, let me start with your last statement, because it was beyond weak allen. A plumber is a plumber regardless of whether he or she is licenses. He or she can be a" LICENSED PLUMBER" or an "UNLICENSED PLUMBER". Thats like saying that a person that fixes cars but isn't ASE certified isn't really a mechanic. You are grasping allen. They're are many people working as accountants that don't have the CPA designation allen, yet they are still classified as accountants based on their profession. As for his finances, how do you know what his finances are allen? Did joe or the media tell you? For all you know the man could have $250k in the banks or is going to borrow it from a bank or family or friends. You are assuming allen. The old saying goes "assume long and assume wrong". As for the license, how do you know that Joe isn't in the process of getting his license allen or that he will be shortly? You are trying to use technicalities to justify Obama as the real victim and not Joe for being attacked by Obama, Biden and the media. I'll give you an E for effort and entertaining allen lol.

P Allen "Furthermore it has been found that the company "Joe" works for is not even for sale, and is worth a lot less than the figure Joe proposed to Obama".

Who cares if the business is for sale or not. You are conveniently missing the REAL point. You are so busy attacking the messenger allen, you have blinders on to the message itself. The question was about TAXES not Joe the plumbers personal life. Regardless of the background and circumstances of Joe, Obama said that "We need to spread the wealth around" aka raise taxes. The person that should be drilled should be Obama. He's the one running for President not Joe the Plumber from Ohio allen.

P Allen "Thus, for all intents and purpose, Joe would make out better under Obama's tax plan!"

Spoken like a true Obama believer allen. First you said Joe isn't a real plumber, then you said that he doesn't have the means to buy the business, third you said the business isn't even for sale. Those were your words right allen? This is going to be fun. Allen, how would joe "make out better under Obama's tax plan", if the guy isn't a real plumber and doesn't have the means to buy the plumbing business that even isn't for sale? You just stepped in it allen.lol lol

P Allen" I've said it once, and I'll say it again- When you put yourself out in the political and/or public arena, all bets are off. Everything you do, have done, say, and have said, becomes fair game for the opposition."

So asking a candidate a question is putting yourself out in the public arena allen? Oh please, if the question was favorable or in support of Obama's tax increase plan, Joe the plumber wouldn't have been mentioned once at the most. Joe doesn't deserve the Palin treatment he is getting allen.

Bevannes;(from the previous posted article on this blog):
"It's hard to believe that anyone could be so uninformed in the 20th century. Makes you think we should require a license to vote. To even drive you need to take a written test, but any moron can cast a vote."

CB;"A plumber is a plumber regardless of whether he or she is licenses."

Hmmmmm... I won't assume that you believe that "unqualified" people should not vote...or should I?

Perhaps you think that "driving a motor vehicle" should not require a license??? Did your state refer to you as a "driver" before you obtained a "drivers-license"?? Maybe you referred to yourself as one, as "Joe the plumber" did....

Yet, a plumber doesn't need a license, but a voter should??? Or, do you believe that paid professionals should not be licensed? Or, is it that plumbers are "not" professionals in your book, but "voters" should be!

So now it's okay to claim that you're a plumber, receive a plumbers wage and not be held accountable if you "screw-up" because... hell you weren't licensed in the first place! The heck with state rules and their "liberal" laws that say you must be -at the very least- "CERTIFIED" to perform this type of work. Plumbers, electricians, building contractors...no license??...No problem!!!

But voting...? Ohhhhh, that's whole other case. Hell, a couple thousand "stupid" voters could bring down the U.S. Constitution!!! Sure it happens all the time. Look at what happened a few years ago when those darn Iraqi's got to vote. Boy...they sure are screwed! (right?)

CB;"As for the license, how do you know that Joe isn't in the process of getting his license allen or that he will be shortly?"

Yeah right... I just took my first piano lesson last month. In a couple of years Im going to be playing with the New York Philharmonic. I guess I'll make about $250k a year..Obama's going to take my money...wah,wah, wahhh...

The question you should answer is, "would you hire Joe the unlicensed plumber" if you needed a professional plumber? Especially if you needed $250,000 dollars worth of work!

Sorry Tyrone, there only so much hacking you can do for "Joe". Granted, it was McCain that attempted to use ole' Joe to his advantage. (Hmmmmm... "use some one else for political gain? Sound familiar?) Joe allowed himself to be a "light" for the McCain campaign, he's going to have to take the scrutiny and the heat...

P Allen "Hmmmmm... I won't assume that you believe that "unqualified" people should not vote...or should I?"

geez allen, talk about making a stretch of an analogy. A voter doesn't need a LICENSE to vote as you well know.

P Allen "
Perhaps you think that "driving a motor vehicle" should not require a license??? Did your state refer to you as a "driver" before you obtained a "drivers-license"?? Maybe you referred to yourself as one, as "Joe the plumber" did...."

Let's see they're are millions of people that have driver licenses and ARE BAD DRIVERS ALLEN! Most people are licensed drivers but accidents happen every 2 seconds, why is that allen? According to your logic people shouldn't be in accidents since they are "licensed drivers" right? So once again allen, you are GRASPING HARD at straws.

P Allen "
Perhaps you think that "driving a motor vehicle" should not require a license??? Did your state refer to you as a "driver" before you obtained a "drivers-license"?? Maybe you referred to yourself as one, as "Joe the plumber" did...."

You are messing the entire point. This isnt' about JOE THE PLUMBER allen! lol lol. This is about what Obama classifies as rich and who will get taxed. Joe isn't running for President. The unqualified mass marketed empty suit is.

P Allen "Sorry Tyrone, there only so much hacking you can do for "Joe". Granted, it was McCain that attempted to use ole' Joe to his advantage. (Hmmmmm... "use some one else for political gain? Hacking for Joe?lol lol lol lol.72 hours ago allen, most of america didn't even know who joe was. As I said allen, Joe is just a person that is being unfairly dragged though the mud because McCain tagged him with Joe as a reference.

CB"I said allen, Joe is just a person that is being unfairly dragged though the mud because McCain tagged him with Joe as a reference."

Wrong! Joe is being "dragged" by McCain. It's McCain that brought "Joe The Plumber" to the forefront of "HIS" [McCains] campaign.

You're absolutely right when saying that "all Joe did was ask a question." It should have been left at that! An American voter asking a question...as so many others have asked of the candidates in throughout the entire campaign.

But it was McCain that mentioned Joe over twenty times during a national debate. Adding to the fervor was Joe himself, that took in his new found celebrity by granting exclusive interviews and making appearances on several morning and prime time shows.

CB;"The question was about TAXES not Joe the plumbers personal life. Regardless of the background and circumstances of Joe, Obama said that "We need to spread the wealth around" aka raise taxes."

The fact is that Joe The Plumber misrepresented himself! Joe did not tell Obama that he was a single father making $40k a year as a plumbing assistant or in training to become a plumber. Joe told Obama he "getting ready to buy a plumbing business that will put him [Joe] in the $250k bracket."

So, if by chance, I run into McCain on the campaign trail, I can tell him, "Senator, I'm getting ready to buy a plumbing business that will put me in the $250k bracket," can I then become "Al The Plumber"?

CB;"Let's see they're are millions of people that have driver licenses and ARE BAD DRIVERS ALLEN!"

Yes! So very, very true! That's exactly why you should have a license...other wise, you're breaking the law! The similar law that says you must be licensed to work as, and call yourself a "PLUMBER"!

Furthermore, it's quite obvious Joe doesn't like to pay taxes. He's got an unpaid "tax lien" against him for almost $1200 bucks!
See what happens when you involve yourself in politics...
