David Letterman finally apologized.

I know Letterman wasn't suffering from having a "guilty conscience". I bet a dollar to doughnuts that the CBS higher ups twisted Letterman's arm in the matter. Letterman's apology just so happened to have come just 24 hours before a boycott rally happened outside of the Ed Sullivan Theater. The "feud" between Palin and Letterman did help Letterman in the ratings against Connan O'Brien. Now that Letterman has humbled himself and done the right thing for all the wrong reasons, he can go back to being a second rate comedian that will always be in second place in the ratings.

That joke was in such poor taste, it showed a lack of class and/or good sense. I'm really disappointed in Letterman, I had no idea he would stoop so low. I'm glad that Letterman apologized even though he didn't mean it because at least it will shut up all the fake media people who repeatedly said there was nothing wrong with the joke. They certainly wouldn't think it was harmless if Letterman was talking about their daughters.

Liberals can never take what they diss out to conservatives. That is what makes them the hypocrites they are lovebug. Entertainment Tonight talked about how the Palin feud has helped Letterman's ratings. I know they were trying to spin the story in Letterman's favor, but his increased ratings was due the curiosity viewers and nothing more. E.T won't report when Letterman's curiosity viewers start tune off. His apology actually was a half ass one at that. He in essence said he was sorry for calling Willow palin a slut, because he meant to have called Bristol Palin a slut instead. So letterman is still as low as a worm.
