Looks like somebody else believes Obama is nothing more then a "Magic Negro".

No, I'm not talking about the Paul Shanklin Parody that he created for Rush Limbaugh. I'm talking about where the title "Obama the Magic Negro" originated from back in 2007 with the Los Angeles Times Editor David Ehrenstein. Obama's race and legitimacy as a person of color has been made an issue over and over by the people who claim to support him the most. When Harry Reid said back in 2008 that Obama is a "light skinned black guy who doesn't have a negro dialect unless he wants to have one ", Obama's supporters worked overtime to try and downplay Reid's comments.

Reid's remarks did give validation to Ehrenstein's title "Obama the Magic Negro", little did they realize. When Obama decided to launch his war against Libya via Nato a few weeks ago, I didn't expect any black supporters of Obama to criticize his decision. To most of them, wars are only bad if the president who initiates them has a "R" by his name. I was shocked to hear the New Black Panther Leader Malik Zulu Shabazz verbally attacking Obama calling him basically the tool who works of the "white man".

Let this serve as a lesson to those who are silly enough to believe that some how racism is exclusively a "white" thing. I find myself in a small way defending Obama in this. It was Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder who in essence protected the two New Black Panthers members by not pressing federal voter intimidation charges against them for their actions at a Philadelphia voting prescient on election day.

If it weren't for Obama and Holder, the New Black Panthers could have found themselves facing long jail time and huge fines that I doubt they would have had the financial resources to ever pay. The smart thing for Shabazz to have done was for him to say thank you to Obama and Holder instead of what he said about him. I guess the old saying is true that "no good deed goes unpunished". Even though I disagree with a large percentage of what Malik Shabazz said and how he said it, a nugget of truth can be found in his words. It's no secret that Barack Obama's puppet master is George Sorros. The investment bankers on Wall Street like Goldman Sachs have a string connected to Obama as well as General Electric, BP, the private and public sector union bosses etc. Shabazz is so full of hate, he's too blinded to understand the big picture. Did he really think Obama was going to work for the "black man", when the $500 million dollars Obama raised for his campaign didn't come from them? If any black person though for a minute that Obama was going to have a separate agenda that was going to personally benefit blacks in America, I have a quit claim deed to the Brooklyn Bridge I am willing to sell for five hundred dollars, any takers? Because Obama is by far more popular in the black community then the New Black Panthers are, Malik Shabazz may have turned his group into an outcast organization even among the most die hard militant black racist activists, oh well.

The Black Panther story...? Good conservative Tyrone towing the line of the talking points meme. Your dedication to FAUX News faker-ry is no less than amazing.

The case was brought to the Bush DOJ who did no more than file the case, (not prosecute) which is something that the Bush administration had done in this case in Arizona in 2006 where a minuteman group (one of whom was carrying a "GUN") were accused of voter intimidation.

Yet, no FAUX News daily rehashing of the Arizona complaint. However, two idiots stand outside of a polling place wearing black outfits and carrying "STICKS" with their "mean looking Black faces", and FAUX News gets all fig-ditty. They should stick to reporting lies to make the White House look foolish. Perhaps getting people fired like Shirley Sherrod ...

lol, Allen quit while you are 8 miles behind. I had this story for a few weeks in my to do list and finally got around to writing it. Talking points? I told you to stop taking whatever Charlie Sheen is on, it's not helping you at all. If I recall, I didn't write anything about Fox News. The video of the New Black Panther thugs standing at the voting precinct wasn't shot by Fox News allen. Also, the comments by Shabazz isn't from Fox News too, so who's the one using "talking points" besides "YOU"? You are the one who has Fox News on the brain allen, do you want me to get you a mirror?

The Bush DOJ was on it's way out the door and turned it over to Holder.

This is from the politico by the way allen not "fox news". Read what Holder said allen if you dare.

Let me guess, you are one of the last hold outs who still actually watches MSNBC? Did you cry when you found out that Katie Couric is leaving the CBS Nightly News allen?
Don't be sad, it'll be ok. You still have Chris Mathews. lol Fox News is number one for a reason. You saw my video about MSNBC and Faux News, so it's laughable you would even try to go after Fox knowing I can easily dispute anything you try and distort.

Allen, you need to stop watching MSNBC; they always get caught in a lie.

I heard many times from liberals that Fox News is "propaganda". Can someone explain to me why they call it propaganda when they reveal the lies coming from other media sources?

We all know one example was Contessa Brewer doing a report of a bunch of "white, anti-Obama, gun-toting racist" at some gun rally. Fox news had that same clip and revealed one of those "white, anti-Obama, gun-toting racist" as a black man.

When liberals are confronted with this, they get defensive and go into damage control.

Oh, and Tyrone, since you planned this report some time ago, it like the criticism that Glenn Beck gets when he thoroughly explains to his critics that he does his research first before broadcasting.

Katie Couric??? MSNBC?? Walter Cronkite and Huntley-Brinkley?? Ohhhhhh... I get it! You're trying to deflect from my bringing up the Arizona voter intimidation complaint. You're pleading your case by attempting to confuse the jury, calling on non-pertinent witnesses and inapplicable testimony. I'd bet you and John Beohner think confusing a jury creates jobs!

Speaking of witnesses, can you post the name of at least one voter that has come forward and claimed they were intimidated by the Black Panthers on that day? And while you're at it, read the U.S. Civil Rights Commission's hearing transcript I linked to. There are several cases the the Bush DOJ did not pursue.

And give some attention to the Arizona complaint.. you know..., the complaint where the radicals were "White", not Black. Any fair minded sane person can see the stark contrasting similarities.

Every time i see someone spelling it FAUX News i think of a teenage mentality at work. I dislike a lot of things out there to i may disagree with but taking it to a juvenile pun speaks much of someones character. There was a time when mature minded adults respected each others differences and disagreements.

Allen's writeup is much like this story from http://mediamatters.org/research/201007190022 , these are the kinds of stories MM or MSLD comes up with.

Let's see, did Fox news report on the bomb threats made to the airport where governor Walker of Wisconsin was going to speak? http://www.scrippsnews.com/node/60397 NO, I don't remember that, Fox could have made a meal of it too. Did Fox News or MSNBC report on California Gov. Brown using Unions to intimidate voters? http://www.uncoverage.net/2011/04/is-california-governor-jerry-brown-using-state-unions-for-voter-intimidation/ Must have missed that as well. The truth is, voter intimidation stories happen frequently.

The incident involving the NBP was clearly recorded on Video and was a National Election. I have to hunt and hunt the stories to get a clue as to what kind of election the one in Arizona was which by the way was 2 years before the incident in Philadelphia with the NBP. Is this Arizona incident on film??

Let it suffice to say Media Matters publishes falsehoods, half truths all the time. This is typical of their kind of journalism. Why not do websearches of "SEIU" or "ACORN" and "voter intimidation" and see how many stories you come up with.

anon:"Allen, you need to stop watching MSNBC; they always get caught in a lie".

I watch and read many different media news outlets. They all have, at one time or another spun, misconstrued, falsified, or outright lied.

anon:"Can someone explain to me why they call it propaganda when they reveal the lies coming from other media sources?".

propaganda: ideas, facts, or allegations spread deliberately to further one's cause or to damage an opposing cause; also : a public action having such an effect.

Contessa Brewers report of a gun toting white man actually being black, was propaganda. Fox News report of President Obama attending a madrassa was propaganda.

So now, seeing that both stories have been debunked by the truth, the question is which do you still choose to believe? Some people who watched the FOX News story still believe the school in Indonesia is a madrassa, even though CNN sent a reporter there and found that the report is false.

A recent well done independent study on media misinformation found that those who used FOX News as their primary source of information were more likely to be misinformed.

The fact is that Cable TV News is deeply partisan. Those on the right tend to believe what they hear and see on Fox News. Those on the left take their cues from CNN, MSNBC and HLN.

Thus "media propaganda" can easily be nullified by the viewers system of fairness. All one must do is filter the stories by seeking out all available sources and then use common sense.

Check California Democrat Loretta Sanchez has acted in ways some call racist going back a few years even to something involving the Vietnamese. So, it happens on both sides and I detest it on both sides.

Alan;"Allen's writeup is much like this story from [Media Matters], these are the kinds of stories MM or MSLD comes up with, and, Let it suffice to say Media Matters publishes falsehoods, half truths all the time".

In no way am I attempting to defend Media Matters, MSNBC, FAUX News, or any other media outlet. If you dare to read, comprehend and absorb, instead of defending FAUX News, you would have clearly seen that. It's yourself and others here who are defending FAUX News. I'm not defending any of them.

Furthermore, if you took the time and effort to click the link and "READ" just a few pages of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights report, you would have noticed that the Arizona complaint is referenced in the same report; "HEARING ON THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE'S ACTIONS RELATED TO THE NEW BLACK PANTHER PARTY" from 2010.

It should suffice to say that I have no idea where Media Matters got there information from. However, it was the commissions report where I first became aware of the Arizona allegations. It's obvious to me that your bias against Media Matters (combined with your dependence on FAUX News) led you not to do your own fact checking research. With such information being readily available on the internet, it's entirely possible that Media Matters referenced the same report that I did.

Alan;"The incident involving the NBP was clearly recorded on Video and was a National Election".

Please point out the exact moment on that video where "voter intimidation" occurs. Also post the name of the individual who filed a complaint stating that he or she was intimidated before, during of after he or she attempted to cast a ballot, or after.

As far as cable TV news goes, it's FAUX News who has relentlessly pushed this story. My take is that it's being pursued purely as political fodder against the Eric Holders DOJ. Political attacks have happened before to other administrations, and most recent during the Bush/Gonzales term. However, being that FAUX News has a political agenda, their reporting of the story therefore qualifies as "propaganda."

P. Anthony Allen writes: Please point out the exact moment on that video where "voter intimidation" occurs. ...

I see no need to mention the "exact moment." Obviously, all that is needed for something to be "intimidating" would be if on film, Roy Warden in the Arizona case could be seen with a weapon, a 'Glock' in a shoulder hoster. This would make good video for TV but there is NO film as far as I know. Again, it appears this was NOT a national election. Likewise, someone wearing a uniform and holding a Night Stick alone would be intimidating outside of a voting precinct or anywhere, a Walgreen's if it came to that, so would someone wearing a gun in a holster. I'd walk away if able and call the police in either case. I don't believe they would need to wave the weapon at someone. One of the NBPs was actually a voting observer.

FOX news is going to be popular, we don't need some "unbiased watchdog agency" telling us FOX news is not unbiased or is biased, "who the hell do they think they are?" to paraphrase Louis Farrakhan. Television and Newspapers for years and years covered the Vietnam war, the Nixon administration etc. with many who are considered liberal, Dan Rather, Walter Cronkite and then, CNN for 20 years without much competition but now all we have is in the market place of America and a news agency, FOX, do you get that?? FOX news that has a Conservative narrative at times and the Left is all in an uproar about it. Sorry, that is free speech and I question some watchdog agency that is going to come out and say whatever they do about FOX NEWS, that is FOX. Liberals have their agenda and I would dismiss this as propaganda rather than watching CNN or MSNBC and their very dull, relatively low rated news programs. Apparently, CNN did score some points covering Libya which is due credit for them. I basically see CNN as rather unbiased in reporting BUT one misses a lot of news stories if one only watches CNN. And when I say CNN strikes me as rather unbiased, yes, Wolf Blitzer does okay, others there might be biased but overall they are respectable unlike MSNBC.

Canada has a news agency that is now premiering and how about this, they are saying they are not going to be intimidated into "Political Correctness" . Good luck about lecturing us about "free speech" and Fox's lol biased reporting for watching or reading the competitors, a lot of which is totally trash.

If anything, reports like this demonstrate reckless journalism by the likes of MSNBC. It'd be great to get Maddow's kind of salary and be doing such poor journalism.

...Also post the name of the individual who filed a complaint stating that he or she was intimidated before, during of after he or she attempted to cast a ballot, or after.

No matter how one cuts this anyone with a gun holster or a billy club outside of a voting precinct will appear intimidating. Unfortunately, the Panthers were also wearing uniforms. I don't have a pdf reader so I don't even know what level the Arizona election was. That said, with the border breaking down, if one had a "concealed" weapon, I don't think that would be so bad but wearing it in full view of others is wrong in my view.

There was that principle in Washington DC killed, okay, the guy was gay but what those youths did was horrid.

Now, this story. What's wrong with the youth of today? These things happen everso often in the inner city but we all know black on black violence is worse. It doesn't happen too often but about once a year we will see a story like this. We even had a real bad case of something happening up north here. But South Carolina, Alabama and I guess DC too, Texas and Florida too. Texas and Florida may be great states but you wonder why they, along with Louisiana lead the US in Capital punishment. I guess Chi-Town, Obama's hometown is bad too along with the Motorcity.

Everyone stay safe.

I still, yes still think Alpha Conservative should put up this link: that demonstrates how MSNBC for example does lie to the media with their 3rd rate journalists like Rachel Maddow .

MSNBC is a JOKE and as if we need some website "World Public Opinion", sounds a bit like "World Socialist Website" , MSNBC on the weekend runs these "reality" type shows where they go into prisons and just a bunch of seedy shows to tell you the truth.

Fox isn't perfect, still it's darn good considering for years we had CBS with Dan Rather, probably about 20 years of CNN before Fox news. It's laughable liberals are all wound up about Fox. Great news. Sean Hannity just ran his show on the biased media. Great show that was.

In fact, If Sarah Palin was a black man or half black man/half white man like Obama, she wouldn't get grilled and could get away with saying all kinds of things like Obama does but the bias and bigotted media are the ones that hassle her.

It's just dirty play and the real morons are the left and the real racists and sexists and other 'ists' are the ones on the left as well.

And now, Bill Ayers is even affirming he wrote Obama's book "Dreams of my father", maybe Ayers was joking around but he is on record now of claiming that. http://hotair.com/archives/2011/03/28/bill-ayers-yeah-i-wrote-dreams-from-my-father/

"Darn good" because they tell you what you want to hear? None of the cable News outlets are no where near "darn good." When bias (political, racial, sexual, religious or any other type) enters the "NEWS" equation, all good goes out the door.

When or if I watch FAUX News, I watch the TV set from my "right" eye, and listen to only the right side speaker. When I watch MSNBC I switch to the left side.
