Only on MSNBC can Mitt Romney be considered a racist for giving money to a black woman in need.
MSNBC is such a pathetic joke. For those of you who think it isn't, stop kidding yourselves. Only in bizzaro land known as the twenty four hour race baiting progressive front known as MSBNC could Mitt Romney be branded a racist for giving money to a black woman in need. On the MSNBC 'show"Now With Alex Wagner," panelist Joy Ann-Reid claimed that a spontaneous act of goodwill by Mitt Romney by giving money to a black woman"played into a certain narrative by conservatives that "
"You don't need actual programs that the government puts in place to help people in need; 'We'll just give them charity. The church will take care of them. I'll give them fifty bucks." Janell Ross later chimed in to lament the woman's thankfulness, including her thanks to God for Romney's assistance. I guess the panelists are ok with blacks being on the government dole instead of being helped directly by a person individual choice of giving."
I know the panelists are Marxists who subscribe to the notion that there is "economic inequality" and such, but these people are beyond being off their meds. Of course I would have chomped at the bit to have been a panelist on that show just for the sole purpose of embarrassing each and every one of them including Janell Ross and especially Joy-Ann Reid. This is my problem with intellectual fruit loops who support her way of thinking on this. They have a problem that Mitt Romney gave money from his own personal wealth to help another person in need, but they DON'T have a problem and actually support the government taking other people's money through taxation in order to give the impression that they are helping those in need. Progressives believe that the government's role is to be the nation's charity through forced givings by the taxpayers. Conservatives believe that charity is something that is voluntary and should be left up to the individual to give what he or she sees fit and to the causes they support. Every year I give money to the Salvation Army. I do it, because it makes me feel good, and I like the mission of the charity. I also do it, because I know that private charities are in the business of helping people. They spend donations in the most efficient manor possible in order to help the most people. They stretch every dollar. The government does the opposite. They waste tax payer's money, and the money they waste rarely if ever even helps the people that need it. I can fault Romney on many things, but this isn't one of them. The so called federal government's "War On Poverty" has been going on for almost fifty years, and there is no end in sight. The government always claims it needs more and more money in order to fight this war, yet it only leaves tax payers poorer and poorer. If Romney wouldn't have given that lady fifty dollars, then Romney would have been called a racist for not giving that black lady any help. Romney was going to be called the racist bad guy regardless of his actions. I bet Joy Ann-Reid had no problem with blacks in Detroit being joyful in 2009, when they "THOUGHT" they were going to receive free government stimulus money . Yeah, I'm pretty sure she had no problem with that. I wonder did they play into a stereotype according to her?
Giving money to a person in need out of your own wealth BAD, people seeking free money from tax payers GOOD, right?

If I were to win the $1 million lottery I would be happy to share my winning, even if it for a person who is down on their luck only if that person is decent and want to get back on their feet. If it's $50, no big deal.
So, while looking at this video, where is the racist part? What are the panelist insinuating. So why does this make the person cringe? Did she expect that the woman find money from someone else, like a black man?
If it makes her cringe because she thinks it is racist for a white man like Romney to give a black woman $50 out of his own pocket, it is she who is acting racist?
HA HA I told you tyronne the tea baggers were a failed party.
The Tennessee Tea Party, one of several tea party groups in the state, is disbanding after three years.

Absolutely absurd! What amount of money would it have taken to change these panelists view? $100 bucks? $500 ? 20,000 ?
Or is it NO amount of money from a white guy should exchange hands? Because of pride? Is it black pride?
Maybe it is to these well off panelists who may have never known where the next meal may come from. Stupid asses! I'm sorry but I'm f*kin pissed! Is there video of this transaction somewhere? How long did this woman meet with Romney?
That's what makes me sick about the liberal pukes. I don't know this black woman's story or what she told Romney about her situation but my God, if you knew the few hundred bucks I have given of my own money to help some of the sad stories from folks I deal with at my job, it would shock you!
I've given folks money to get lunch, to get a room for the night, bus fare, help with a gas or electric bill, etc. And yes, some of these folks were black.
I know shame on me right?
How dare these dirt bags criticize Romney for helping this woman out! Granted, it's not enough to pay her bills, but it's comfort money for that day and maybe even for tomorrow. I don't know her situation.
I can read people fairly well. I know when I'm getting a con job. I know when I'm being played like a fish. And I know I can't save the world. But my God, as a Christian, compassionate conservative WHITE dude, I have a heart bigger than some of these hairy stinky ass liberal scum out there!
Romney I feel acted in such a way that I may have done when hearing someone's concerns and troubles.
Pathetic, really f*kin pathetic. Thanks for pumping up my blood pressure!
P.S. Good luck with the Patriots.
shwn"HA HA I told you tyronne the tea baggers were a failed party.

How can the tea party be a failed party, when it isn't a political party? I know you have a hardon against the tea party, but come on and think rationally. If certain Tea Party groups are disbanding in Tennessee, that is actually good. It's called consolidation. Trade groups, companies do it all the time. The central theme of all tea parties are for the most part the same, so why have multiple groups overlapping the same theme?
anon "So, while looking at this video, where is the racist part? What are the panelist insinuating. So why does this make the person cringe? Did she expect that the woman find money from someone else, like a black man? "
The racist part is that the panelists made an issue about Romney who is a Republican and white giving money to help a black woman. This should have been an issue about race at all, but they made it one.
anon "If it makes her cringe because she thinks it is racist for a white man like Romney to give a black woman $50 out of his own pocket, it is she who is acting racist?"
Yes, she is the one acting racist. If I give $50 to a white person who is in need of it, would there or should there be an issue? The real issue is about Janell Ross and Joy-Ann Reed's racial animosity against white republicans like Romney. Once again, this should have never been an issue about race. It was despicable that Joy Reed would verbally insult a black woman in need just because she went to Mitt Romney and asked him for help.
Robb "Absolutely absurd! What amount of money would it have taken to change these panelists view? $100 bucks? $500 ? 20,000 ?Or is it NO amount of money from a white guy should exchange hands? Because of pride? Is it black pride? "
No amount of money Robb. Romney would have been the bad guy regardless of the amount. One would think they would have been glad that Romney actually helped a person in need and just leave it at that. Their hatred of white republicans superseded being able to appreciate a humanitarian gesture by Romney. They don't realize that they are the ones in their criticism of Romney who are coming off looking bad not Romney.
Robb "P.S. Good luck with the Patriots."
Thanks Robb, we are going to need it. I just hope our defense shows up to pressure Brady and Ray Rice runs the ball to take time off the clock and give Brady as few possessions possible.
Who knows if Romney's "political ploy" was racist or not. What it reminds me of, is this exchange between Tea Baggers, and a man with Parkinson's.
In 2012 America we have an political class that prefers and accepts beggars in the street, along freeway exit ramps, outside grocery and party stores.
That same political class attacks public sector union workers, referring to them as "piggies" and overpaid slouches, and insists that they take huge cuts in pay, health benefits and pensions.
The same political class that must now back Mitt Romney, who offered a $10,000 bet on national television as if it were a mere pittance!
Romney might not be racist, but he's totally disconnected from the reality of the "NON-RICH." Romney doesn't care if anyone else eats. He knows nothing about, and cares less about creating a "JOB" for anyone but himself. Just read what one of the most right-wing websites, Redstate, on the internet says about the G.O.P. presidential candidate.
Mitt Romney giving money to a woman on campaign trail is a clear violation of The United States Code.
Title 18 U.S.C. ยง 210 : US Code - Section 210: Offer to procure appointive public office
