Phase one of Judgement Day has arrived!!!

We all know what today is and what has to be done. It is election day across America, and it is time for common sense Americans to go and VOTE!!! The bums, crooks, elitist snobs in congress and in statehouses and local government need to be thrown out. I've already voted this morning, and I can't wait until tonight. Today reminds me of when I was a kid and couldn't wait until Christmas morning to open my presents. The day after Obama was elected, I wrote about the two phase strategy in order to ultimately correct the mistake that was created. The first part of the strategy starts today. Go and vote to cut off Obama's support base in congress, so he and this cohorts can't create anymore damage. The second part is simply to shove Obama's record back in his face and down his throat come 2012 and have him removed. So today is the execution of phase one.

VOTE VOTE VOTE!!

Voted for my gal Meg, and Carly, and a Lil 420(Ain't gonna pass :( ), but its about time for those conscious of the liberal elites' futile ways and return America to a prosperous country. Obama and the liberals alike are ambitious and mistaken in thinking they'll solve this global poverty by lowering America's standards of living. I'm but a young man who has yet to reap the benefits of what our country has to offer.

Damn it, allow me to journey in my PURSUIT of Happiness. People just don't understand that simple principle of what "free will" really is. I don't want nothing unless I strive for it!

Maryland took a step back and re-elected O'Malley. That Ehrlich ran as a old-style "GOP'er" and NOT an outsider/ member of the Tea Party explains much.

Michael Steele should have NEVER taken that job over at the RNC. That way, Maryland could have had a chance today for forging a new-style conservative political alliance. But that hope too is now lost.

What's next for Maryland, any ideas?

Joe Conservative "Maryland took a step back and re-elected O'Malley. That Ehrlich ran as a old-style "GOP'er" and NOT an outsider/ member of the Tea Party explains much."

That was to be expected Joe. Ehrlich is traditional by the book GOP. Even with that being said, it would have been impossible for him to have run as an outsider type candidate when he was the governor prior, congressman and state delegate. I don't so much blame Ehrlich as I do the dim witted lemmings of Maryland. Ultimately it comes down the voters, and O Malley has screwed over Marylander in a very short period of time. He has lied over and over again, yet they still re elected him by a larger percentage. Frankly, I can't wait until the day I move out of Maryland. It has become way to blue for my comfort.

I disagree. Even if Steele was back on the ticket, they still would have lost. The silver lining in this is that O'Malley nor the Democratic controlled Maryland General Assembly can't blame Republicans for the continued deterioration of the state. They control everything as they did before last night. It's all on them. So maybe the lemmings of Maryland need to experience just a little more hurt until they finally get wise.

What's next for Maryland, any ideas?

Leaving isn't my answer. I'd love to see a large number of Tea Party re-register as Democrats just to keep the ultra-Left progressives from taking over more Congressional Districts like they did the 4th.

Everyone talks about how "extreme" the RNC is. They obviously haven't been watching the "Progressive Caucus" very closely. The Blue Dogs have been mostly wiped out. There are few moderates left in the DNC. Even Steny Hoyer's been given the boot from Leadership as Nancy has refused to accept any responsibility for the 2010 debacle.

Nothing would make me happier than to see a coalition of moderate African-Americans and Tea Party members re-take the Maryland Democratic Party from the Progressives... if only to re-shuffle the primary choices and get more moderate choices in the general election.
