Do you support Obama pardoning sequestration and sending it to Portugal?

Rush Limbaugh coined the term "low information voters" in describing the sear and utter dumb down state Obama and Democratic voters are in not knowing about the real issues going on around them everyday. I believe my term "non critical thinkers" is more accurate in describing them though. Radio hosts like Sean Hannity, Howard Stern and others have  been exposing the ignorance of the these fluff brains for years now. Even Jay Leno of the Tonight Show in his segment "Jay Walking" has made fun of the typical non informed progressive voter. Well now late night host Jimmy Kimmel has taken his crack at it. People who are informed know all about what sequestration is and how it came about. Well of course these people are in the minority. The majority of Americans have no idea what sequestration is, but they believe Obama will take care of it though. This is the segment Jimmy Kimmel called "the confusing question of the day"  in which average low information voters(Obama voters) were asked an absurd question about sequestration to see if they had any idea what sequestration was about. If any politically aware person was asked the question on whether he or she "supports Obama pardoning the sequester and sending it to Portugal", that person would look at the person asking that question as if his or her brain melted in the sun. Notice I said any politically aware person would, obviously these people aren't, and would you want to take a guess on who they voted for in the last election? Listen especially to the remarks by the black lady at the very end. Now you know why Obama was not only elected by re elected.

This would be funny if it was Art Linkletter's House Party and it was the children answering the questions.

Well, at least the last woman in the interview was honest enough as to not know what a sequester is and why she voted for Obama anyway.

Hey Tyrone, I've heard there was a bit of commotion over there at CPAC on Saturday. A couple of those "fringe" Tea Baggers showed up (you know, the one's you say don't exist) and gave a Black host speaker a history lesson.

CPAC Event On Racial Tolerance.

"Scott Terry of North Carolina, accompanied by a Confederate-flag-clad attendee, Matthew Heimbach, rose to say he took offense to the event’s take on slavery"

"It seems to be that you’re reaching out to voters at the expense of young white Southern males,” Terry said, adding he “came to love my people and culture” who were “being systematically disenfranchised"
.

Mr. Terry was concerned that the conservative movement was giving to much attention to recruiting and promoting blacks.

During the session the discussion turned to blacks and slavery. However, when the moderator informed Terry that Frederick Douglass had forgave his slave master for enslaving him, Terry responded, "forgave him for what, giving him food and shelter?" Of course "some" of the Tea Baggers and conservatives were appalled by his take on the subject. Yet, there was no real effort by the moderator to shut this guy down.

The moderator of the event (K. Carl Smith) did not address Terry's assertion directly. Instead he gave him a history lesson on Frederick Douglass's letter of forgiveness to his former master, which has nothing to do with blacks being promoted over whites. That's why Terry was able to fire back with his snide remark about Douglass being "fed and sheltered."

So the question stands; "Are White conservatives promoting Blacks in the movement, while disenfranchising young White men?" Frankly, my response would have been, "NO! The Blacks in the conservative movement are self promoting and standing on their own merits and talents!" But Mr. Smiths "piss-poor" answer to Terry's question only lends credence to Ann Coulter's assertion that the conservatives (as she put it, "our blacks are better") have or "own" their blacks.

It only becomes a commotion if that is how you want to iterrupt it allen. People have different views on the issue of slavery. Some are logical and some are warped, oh well. First off, where is the evidence that Scott Terry and Matthew Heimbach are member of the Tea Party. If you walked into CPAC after buying ticket and sat down in the audience of a Tea Party sponsored event, does that make you a member? Since this "incident" fits into your stereotype of what the Tea Party is about, it was only natural to immediately call them tea party or fringe tea baggers, right allen? Personally, the issue of slavery has nothing to do with CPAC. Frederick Douglas however was a conservative. I have no doubt that these two people had no idea the history of Frederick Douglas, so they merely embarrassed themselves, big deal. You said that I said that racists don't exist within the tea party. I guess I have to call you out on your lie. I said that racists exist period regardless of race, party affiliation etc. You are the one who can't bring yourself to admit racists are also LIBERALS! Again, it fits your comfort zone to just beleive that R stand for Republican and Racist and that Democrats and especially liberals are 10000% racially tolerant. Go kick that football Charlie Brown. lol

White males are being disenfranchised in favor of reverse racism aka racial engineering. What do you think racial quotta aka affirmative action is all about. So what Terry said is factual. The problem that you, Talking Point Memo and other progressives don't like is that he was vocal in stating the obvious. Let me give an example. About five years ago, I posted my resume on Career Builder. A few months later, I recieved job postings from a site called "black" career builder. http://www.blackcareers.com/
If career builder came out with a site called "whitecaereers.com", would that be appropriate allen? Progressives have been making white males look as if they are the spawns of Satan. They are responsible for all the worlds ill, wars, poverty etc. It's only natural to lash out when you feel that you are being singled out and discriminated against even though you didn't do nothing to warrant it other then having a certain skin color, in this case white.

Why should there have been an effort to shut him down? You might not like what he said, the audience might didn't like what he said, but unless he was being disruptive, he still had the right of freedom of speech. He made a fool out of himself, so what he was trying to say backfired on him. Besides, even if the moderator shot him down, your opinion wouldn't have changed one anyways.

Bring Coutler in to this? Come on allen. Her saying "our blacks" is no different then when liberals "brag" about 85 to 90% of blacks being Democrats. Matter of fact, they become racist towards the 10-15% of blacks who are not. Progressives are the ones claiming that blacks are suppose to "belong" to the Democratic Party or else, they aren't really black. You didn't forget that did you allen?hmm Terry and people like him are idiots, and idiots will make fools out of themselves with every word they utter.
