Some lessons aren't hard to learn

Especially when the lesson is demonstrated over and over and over again.

Jon Stewart mocks the plagued Obamacare website

You don't have to like Jon Stewart in order to acknowledge that once in awhile he can be funny. Jon is a die hard Obamaphile, there is not getting around that. He is what he is, but to his credit, sometimes he actually wonders off the reservation and mocks the absurdity which is the administration of Dear Leader. A few days ago, Jon just went off on the problems facing the Obamacare website. I bet a spokesperson gave Stewart a not so friendly call after that segment aired. His comedic put down of the Obamacare website was brutal, because he was being so absurd in exposing the problem with it. It's a must watch.

No good deed goes unpunished for Obama supporters on Obamacare.

When Obamacare was deemed passed back in 2009, I was not happy, but as the old saying goes, to the victor goes the spoils. Democrats controlled both the House and the Senate along with the the White House.  The GOP was helpless to stop anything, even if they really wanted to. The main piece of behind closed doors legislation was Obamacare. I've been reading about and hearing the absolute horror stories of the damming impact this now law is having on individuals and businesses. To those who knew how bad to was going to be, I truly feel bad for families having to deal with the train wreck. For as foul as Obamacare is, I have to say I am in some ways smiling over it. Obamacare was Obama's signature legacy legislation. This is his baby, and this baby is crapping over all the place, and many people are holding their nose. Obamacare will mark his legacy as a collasoal failure, that's not even counting the slowest recovery in history coming out of a recession, sky high gas prices, the projected ten trillion in debt on his watch by the time he leaves off etc. Obamacare is just the icing on the cake. I'm also glad to see the people who voted for Obama and supported Obamacare finally getting what was coming to them. Obama supporters can't believe what has happened to their healthcare coverage over the pat few weeks. Either their premiums and deductables have skyrocketed beyond affordability or their plan has been dropped all together. Why do you think Obama's most political connected friends received waiver for Obamacare in the first place? If this pile of stinking garbage was so good, they wouldn't need a waiver or exemption. Anyways, I took great delight in reading a letter from one the diarists Tirge Caps of the ultra left website the "The Daily Kos". Apparently he received a letter from his health insurance company Kaiser about some (changes) to his family plan due to Obama care. He didn't seem very pleased about the changes. Wasn't Obama's slogan "Hope & Change"?

Tirge Caps

"My wife and I just got our updates from Kaiser telling us what our 2014 rates will be. Her monthly has been $168 this year, mine $150. We have a high deductible. We are generally healthy people who don't go to the doctor often. I barely ever go. The insurance is in case of a major catastrophe.
Well, now, because of Obamacare, my wife's rate is gong to $302 per month and mine is jumping to $284.
I am canceling insurance for us and I am not paying any fucking penalty. What the hell kind of reform is this?
Oh, ok, if we qualify, we can get some government assistance. Great. So now I have to jump through another hoop to just chisel some of this off. And we don't qualify, anyway, so what's the point?
I never felt too good about how this was passed and what it entailed, but I figured if it saved Americans money, I could go along with it.
I don't know what to think now. This appears, in my experience, to not be a reform for the people.
What am I missing?
I realize I will probably get screamed at for posting this, but I can't imagine I am the only Californian who just received a rate increase from Kaiser based on these new laws.
UPDATE: Updated the title per some requests. I appreciate all the helpful comments. I am   now on baby duty but will go through these later for more information. I can't keep up with all the comments right now.
I really do appreciate the helpful comments. Peace all. Peace out."

I don't know why his fellow libs would attack him, because more then likely they are experiencing the same joys of Obamacare as he is. Then again, some people just have a hard time admitting they made a mistake. It's funny. Progressives had this grand illusion that their benevolent Democratic representatives created a health care bill that was going to be far and away better then the way the system was before. It just had to be good for consumers, because the GOP was shut out of the drafting process of Obamacare. Tirge isn't alone, may Obaaphiles are getting notices from their insurance companies and are saying, WHAT THE HELL! It's change you can believe in but just can't afford it. It's so funny that Obamacare is called the "Affordable" Care Act, when it's anything but.

The Unpatriotic Barack Obama

On Thursday the nation is supposedly going to hit it's debt ceiling, and the left and the media are predicting economic Armageddon and a national Apocalypse will fall upon the land. I've heard that line before with the sequester, then with the government shutdown and now this. The boy can only cry wolf but so many times, before he is eventually tuned out and loses credibility.Dear Leader has been going around with his ever loyal butt maidens in the national media claiming that if the GOP doesn't go along with the raising of the debt ceiling, it will be the GOP who will cause America to be hurled back into recession. Frankly, I still wonder if the recession really ended in the first place. I find it odd that Obama would be out bellowing about the need to raise the debt ceiling. Some could say that what he wants is "unpatriotic" in wanting to continue to pile on the record debt on top of debt. I wonder would it be unpatriotic to continue to borrow on the credit card that is owned by the bank of China? Who are those people who would dare say such a thing?

Obama has made Bush look like a fiscal conservative.

Ah those unfortunate Gaffes

Just imagine for a moment if Rush Limbaugh would have tweeted yesterday and made a statement to someone in saying "a nigger moment on the left". Now only an absolute naive fool would say that nothing would happen. It's not even in doubt that the media and the left would go nuclear in demanding Rush be fired immediately, ASAP!! His advertisers and sponsors would be flooded in demands for them to drop Limbaugh. and conservatives and the Tea Party would be scrutinized massively by the left using Limbaugh's comment as ammo. So lets flip the switch and said that someone in the Obama White House made the statement "a nigger moment on the right" in a tweet? Daniel Pfeiffer is the assistant to Obama and is a Senior Advisor to Obama for Strategy and Communications. He also was a member of Obama's transition team back in 2008. Well it appears that Mr. Pfeiffer had a little slip of his fingers on twitter today. In a tweet with the Obama press over at the New York Times, Mr. Pfeiffer tweeted "also a much nigger factor on the right".  Of course the left is calling for blood over Mr. Pfeifer's tweet, um no they aren't. As last I heard, the Congressional Black Caucus is looking the other way as well as Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored Progressives. Now if this incident would have happened under lets say a Romney administration with Pfeiffer being a Republican, you know the story. So let's see if this makes the national news tonight (chuckling). Here's a quick update, Mr. Pfeiffer has "apologized". The politico said

"White House senior adviser Dan Pfeiffer mistakenly tweeted out the “N-word” on Tuesday"
I'm going to be fair about this, something the left is incapable of doing. It is possible that Dan could have slipped up and hit the N key instead of the B key, because they are next to each other. So it would make sense in saying "also a much "(B)igger factor on the right". The question is, would the left be so understanding if someone on the right in a Republican administration made the same mistake?

The Tea Party ‘Must Be Making Jefferson Davis Proud Today'?

I so can't stand moronic people. They stress my intelligence. The Washington Post is referred to as the Washington Compost for a reason, and there is also a reason why the Washington Post was sold for only  $250 million dollars to Jeff Bezos of Amazon.com. The national media is a national joke and disgrace. Hillary Clinton once said back in 2009 in referring to criticism of the Bush administration

" I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration somehow you're not patriotic. We should stand up and say we are Americans and we have a right to debate and disagree with any administration."

Hillary said that people have the right to disagree with "any" administration right? So why the constant charges of racism and racial theater used against people who disagree with this administration? Washington Post columnist Colby King on Inside Washington on Saturday said

"The New Confederacy, as churlish toward President Obama as the Old Confederacy was to Lincoln, has accomplished what its predecessor could not" and also stated."hey respond, however, to the label ‘tea party.’ By thought, word and deed, they must be making Jefferson Davis proud today.”

I'm not really sure what the Tea Party's platform has to do with Jefferson Davis. I wish I could ask Mr. King if he even knows or did  he just say that in order to try and sound intelligent. I believe most people are sick of these people who exploit race and racial dogma at every turn when it comes to defending Obama, because they can't defend his policies. Again, it's no wonder so many people have had enough of the media bias in this country.  When political activists are working in the media, it becomes impossible for just the news and nothing more to be reported. Oh, by the way, Mr. King back in 2012 referred to Obama as being Lincoln and Romney as being Andrew Johnson.

Houston, we have a problem. Obamacare websites crash.

NBC decided that they were going to be the promoters of Obamacare during it's launch by helping to show people how to sign up. Even though that isn't their job, they are the propaganda arm of the Obama White House, so it was to be expected. Well of course, MSNBC was going to be apart of this since they are the sister network of NBC. So with today being the big day, MSNBC anchor Mara Schiavocampo decided to show the few people who watch MSNBC just how gee golly simply it is to sign up on the healthcare exchanges. Well she documented that there was a few "glitches". This reminded me of when Bill Gates was premiering Windows 95 and it crashed on him in front of the live audience.
