No indictment for Officer Darren Wilson Part 1

It's a hot time in Ferguson tonight, Fahrenheit Ferguson 11/24. The Grand Jury did it's job, and their ruling isn't sitting well with the violent thugs, anarchists, looters and race inciters who are fit to be tide. The Grand Jury decided not to indict Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting of Saint Michael Brown aka "the gentle giant". I was 90% sure that Grand Jury  was going to come to this decision.Severyal events which happened over the past six weeks or so made me very confident Officer Wilson was not going to be charged. The first event was when Eric Holder's Department of Justice announced two weeks ago that there wasn't going to be any federal civil rights charges filed against Officer Wilson.. I remember watching as Attorney General Eric Holder was giving a hug to Al Sharpton in Ferguson, and I thought for sure that the fix would be in against Officer Wilson, but when the DOJ came out and said that they weren't filing any civil rights charges, I knew that the evidence wasn't there for them to charge him. The second event which I think was key was when the forensic evidence was released to the public showing that Michael Brown's blood was found in the inside of Officer Wilson's car as well as officer Wilson's gun. The only way that the gentle giant's blood could have gotten on Officers Wilson's gun and inside his cruiser is if they were wrestling for the gun inside of Officer Wilson's cruiser and Saint Michael was shot a close range. With the evidence mounting showing that Officer Wilson acted out of fear for his life, it gets  worse for the disciples of the gentle giant. Remember the whole "hands up don't shot" slogan by the supporters of Michael Brown? They said that there were witnesses who said that Michael Brown had his hands up, well what his supporters didn't say was that there were other  witnesses who saw what happened, and they didn't see Michael Brown with his hands up.
It will be interesting to find out if the so called witnesses who said they saw Saint Michael with his hands up decided to change their story once they stood in front of the Grand Jury and knew they could face prison time if they were caught perjuring themselves under oath. So in the end the true definition of justice prevailed. The grand jury saw the evidence and the facts, and the rest is history. Amazing how the social and racial agitators claim they wanted justice for a crime they believe was committed, yet they are right now vandalism, looting, committing arson which are all "crimes". Let me guess, progressive logic dictates that it's ok for them to commit crimes and destroy and steal other people's property, because they are doing all of this in the name of a person they didn't even know right?

If there were two police officers which interacted with Brown that day I think this whole thing may have been avoided. Maybe. I'm supposing that the number of officers is an economic decision which perhaps can't be avoided, but I don't like officers patrolling alone.
Even female officers patrol alone.
I think that policy needs to be re examined.

I wonder if the Left will take into analysis the number of rounds used in this altercation and learn anything from it.

Well as of now, it's being reported the 25 structures have been set on fire by the peaceful disciples of Saint Michael including 10 cars which have been set on fire at a Ferguson car dealership. As much as the black thugs and hoodlums are contributing to this senseless looting and destruction, outside agitators including white anarchists have descended onto Ferguson.

I believe some of these anarchy groups initiated the mayhem. When I saw the first police vehicle being attacked, it looked eerily similar to a celebration after a big football or baseball game win.

I won a $300.00 bet from two liberal associates who were convinced that Officer Wilson would be indicted for murdering that unarmed "gentle giant" "St. Michael" , patron saints of those invoked against corner store robberies!

Well as to be expected, the hooligans have taken to the streets inciting riots and destroying local business while confiscating liquor, cigarettes, wigs, condoms, marijuana bongs and other necessecites deemed quite valuable amongst government dependent, Democrat supporters!

If "St. Michael" were to return back on earth, he would be pleading and begging those fools to return back to their homes and change their unproductive lives, expeditiously! These leeches don't give a hoot about Michael Brown because his mindset was no different than their own. They grow up in households unfornately headed by their mothers who are struggling to make ends meet. There fathers are usually know where to be found and what's more, white liberals are getting a kick out of this latest siege of violence in which they highly approve of, just so that they can to keep the racial pot brewing for their own amusement!

The media on the other hand plays a huge role in this overhyped situation. While fanning the racial flames in order to obtain cheap ratings, various commentators decided to whip up a frenzy again as they did with Treyvon Martin, by concentrating on the so-called unfortunate plight of blacks in America in the 21st century. Bob Beckel, Geraldo Rivera & Juan Williams all decided with many others to condemn Officer Wilson even before obtaining all of the facts. They all reside in comfortable, gated, predominately white, crime free neighborhoods as aresult of their personal pursuits in obtaining a good education and rejecting the self defeating attitudes of the very policies promoted by the party in which they support!

Also, Kudos to Rudy Guiliani for being one of the few brave & prominate public figures to elaborate on the reality of urban blacks whose reckless lifestyles can be contributed to the morally corrupt policies of the Democrat party! It was a joy to see Giuliani take on that pseudo intellectual thug, Michael Eric Dyson who should be working security for the "old Black Panther Party" as opposed to an accredited college university!

Guiliani hit the nail on the head when he pointed out that more blacks are literally killed by other blacks as opposed to the exaggerated phenomenon of "racists" white cops targeting innocent blacks! Lastly, Sean Hannity needs to stop booking idiots like Tamar Holder, who had an illicit affair with sugar daddy, Jesse "he-be-my-baby-daddy Jackson on his show to offer her un-constructive commentary!

Ferguson will bear the brunt of its inaction against those ghetto thugs & hood rats who are destroying a once productive city for no other reason other than the fact that they have been trained to view themselves as perennial victims of racism who will never be held accountable for their ignorant mentality!

People on my Facebook who are enraged over the decision, aren't satisfied with facts like eyewitnesses reporting that Brown was charging the Wilson. Thus, like all cops, he was expected to defend himself:

The Smoking Gun: “Dang if that kid didn’t start running right at the cop like a football player. Head down.”

The witness told of hearing “3 bangs,” but “the big kid wouldn’t stop.”

Instead, they complain that the Wilson should have shot Brown in the leg or used a taser--ignoring the facts that cops aren't taught to shoot for the legs (as shots to the extremities have a high percentage of missing and endangering others) but to center mass or that Wilson wasn't carrying a taser or stun gun.

Never let facts and logic come between emotional reactions, I suppose.

Allow me to state what's known.
1. Michael Brown stole cigars from a store and rough housed the clerk.
2. Brown and Wilson fought inside the police car.
3. Brown ran away after being shot by the officer.

Everything else is in complete dispute due to statements by "known" witnesses, who made public statements, versus "anonymous" witnesses who made statements to the Grand Jury. In this it can only be assessed as "who you choose to believe."

While Holder was so fixated on this whole Michael Brown incident and crucifying Darren Wilson, what I like to know is why he does not take the interest in black-on-black crime? What are his thoughts about the unarmed white 20-year-old shot by a black police officer in Salt Lake City? And, why did he drop the death penalty charges against four black people who were tried and convicted for the carjacking, kidnapping of a white reserve Virginia police officer Kevin Quick and was taken from bank to bank to withdraw money using his own debit card at gunpoint before being shot to death?

“WHITE PRIVILEGE” as used by liberal democrats IS A COVER-UP for BLACK PRIVILEGE.

Credit: The following was adapted from a post on the internet:

What Is Black Privilege?

Black privilege is being able to commit violent crimes against another race without people assuming you are racist.
Black privilege is being able to take pride in your race without fear of persecution.
Black privilege is when people assume you are poor because of racism, not because you're lazy.
Black privilege is being given affirmative action which advantages you in jobs and colleges based on your skin tone.
Black privilege is having the media cover up your race in the event of a black flash mob or a gruesome murder.
Black privilege is being able to make insensitive comments about other races and not being called on it.
Black privilege is when people assume that the police pulled you over because of racism, not because you were speeding.
Black privilege is being able to preserve and promote your culture and having your culture protected from criticism.
Black privilege is being able to blame your shortcoming on racism.
Black privilege is having the establishment lie to cover up problems in your community or protect you from criticism.
Black privilege is when you can be over-represented in a certain field without people trying to amend it.
Black privilege is having the government pander to your interests in order to get the “black vote.”

closing note from me, Indigo: Once again, the above is all part of the Orwellian “doublespeak” where hate means love and war means peace, etc. He who can control the language controls the debate. When Big Brother can shut down debate just by using his own false “weasel words” and buzzwords (racist, sexist, anti-gay, homophobic, islamophobic, immigrant-hater, etc.) then he can control the masses.

This is why I am “Indigo” - which represents the wisdom to blend knowledge into understanding, to avoid being pigeonholed and stereotyped, and to address the gray area and the purple rhetoric and the true blue.

(follow-up to my earlier comment)
Two Blaring Examples of Doublespeak Word-twisting:

1. “HOMOPHOBIC.” The ones who are afraid of homos are the ones caving in to their demands, like the judges in black robes who go against the vote of the people trying to re-define marriage as God made it, or corporate heads fearing smearing or boycotting who start giving homo couples the same benefits as marrieds, or politicians who do a 180 when pressured from their family member who “comes out.” God opposes man-man and woman-woman (Levit. 18:20 & Romans 1:26-27ff) and God is not “homophobic.” Sodomy is unnatural and if not resisted, sinful. As for me, homos and their supporters will not pressure me into condoning sin, which is breaking God's law, just like fornication, adultery, stealing, and murder – which people DON'T stand up and clap for.

2. “INFIDEL.” According the the word of God in 1 Timothy 5 and 2 Corinth. 6, infidel is one who fights against God and Christ, just like the brainwashed savage jihadists. Yet the Muslims use the term infidel for believers in the Bible and Christ. Even American writers have fallen into the trap of “Muslims vs. Infidels.” No, it is muslim vs. NON-MUSLIM. Wherever they use “infidel” I substitute “non-muslim..” I am a Christ-obeying Christian and I have never and will never refer to myself, even jestingly, as an infidel. When the Koran says “infidel” that is false because what it means is non-muslim. (Note: what any dictionary calls “infidel” is worthless.)

Yes, a body camera or a dash-cam would have told the story better than eyewitnesses and the police officer. Here's a story that would have not been told correctly had there not been a dash-cam.

After the shooting, Officer Sean Groubert told his supervisor that the victim, Levar Jones jumped back into his vehicle head first, then turned back and kept coming toward him (sound familiar..?) as the officer explains that he told Jones, "let me see your hands." Groubert goes on to state that Jones continued to move toward him. However, the video and the audio on the video does not corroborate anything that the officer explains to his supervisor.

Had there not been a dash-cam capturing the entire event on video, who do you think his supervisor (and a Grand Jury) would have believed? What "physical or forensic evidence" could have given positive proof CONTRARY to the officer's story? Who would have believed Mr. Jones if he said the officer did not say "let me see your hands?" Who would have believed Mr. Jones if he said that he was not moving toward the officer?

However, if you listen to the officers account even without viewing the video, the story leaves little to be desired. Since Jones had no weapon, why would he continue to move toward the officer while the officer has a gun drawn on him? (sound familiar...?)

I came across this video, taken back in early November with Milwaukee Chief of Police Edward Flynn during a press conference in regards of an officer involved shooting of a Dontre Hamilton. Here, the press accuses the Chief for being so “disrespectful” to the case while he was on the phone. He was on the phone with his squad who were reporting of a five-year-old girl, Laylah Petersen who was shot during a drive-by shooting while sitting on her father’s lap. So why did Dontre Hamilton whose life was taken by a police officer matter so much more than that poor little girl whose life was taken by criminals? But what Chief Flynn said should put the race-baiters and the media to shame.

I had a chance to read through the Grand Jury's testimony transcripts. HERE.

For a few weeks we've heard Grand Jury reported leaks that "several eyewitnesses" (some being black) testified that they saw Brown "bum rush" the officer. (side note: We also had leaks reporting that Officer Wilson had suffered a brutal beating along with an "Orbital Fracture" that was shown not to be true...) The Grand Jury transcripts shows that there was only "ONE" so-called eyewitness that made such testimony. This eyewitness (witness number 10) testified that he was approximately 50 to 75 yards away from the shooting.

Thus, the only eyewitness testimony that corroborates Officer Wilson's story, was 50 to 75 yards away? Ironically, this same witness initially told investigators that he was 100 yards away. Still, the question remains with me, is that this "ONE" witness says that Brown "bum rushed" the officer, yet admits that he was further away than the FOUR eyewitnesses that testified that Brown did not "bum rush" the officer... and they were within a few FEET of the shooting.

Who's telling the truth? I have constantly claimed that I DON'T KNOW! For all accounts, Darren Wilson could be telling the truth, or the truth as he see's it. The same goes for every single eyewitness. Yet, the testimony of these eyewitnesses drastically differs.

I'm simply taking a "non-bias" approach to the testimony I've read. I'd like to hear (once you read it) anyone else's take on the testimony.

I feel sorry for them both, the young man killed and his victim. If Michael Brown's parents had done their duty by him instead of kicking him out of the house, who knows how else his future could have played out. And now they're out using their son for their fifteen minutes of fame. In fact some of their actions are downright abhorrent!

p allen "Everything else is in complete dispute due to statements by "known" witnesses, who made public statements, versus "anonymous" witnesses who made statements to the Grand Jury. In this it can only be assessed as "who you choose to believe."

Wrong allen. Several blacks witnesses testified to the Grand Jury that they saw Michael Brown charging towards Officer Wilson and backed up what he said happened. The evidence supported Officer Wilson's side of the story. End of Story, moving on.

We know that progressives are so dam naive it's sad.I've heard that same claim by some Michael Brown disciples saying that Officer Wilson should have shot him in the arm or leg. When an officer is in a struggle for his life, when does he have time to go from self preservation mode to thinking about where to shot a suspect in order to not kill him. Michael Brown nor anyone should NEVER BE REACHING FOR A POLICE OFFICER'S GUN!! The only reason why any person would other then the officer would reach for his or her service revolver is to "use it on the officer". It is very hard to shot a moving limb like a leg or an arm. Even if Officer Wilson was able to hit Saint Michael's arm or leg, it would still be no guarantee that the shots would stop him. If anything it might have made his even more angry. Some criminals are so high on drugs like PCP, they don't even feel pain. It's easy for liberals to be arm chair cops, because they will never have to worry about being placed in a life or death situation like Darren Wilson was.

Btw the very same paper published an article that reads so much like satire it's difficult to tell if written in earnest or not. The part about him "swelling up" and intimidating potential opponents through his physique actually makes Wilson' recent ABC interview seem more truthful. When watching the vid I thought there might be a certain racist connotation with re the "Hulk" and "demon" association but now I kind of feel differently. If a liberal and supportive paper can only portray Brown in this light he does unfortunately seem to have been a handful, not just as a child which is explicitly stated in the beginning, but also as an adult and youth. It's really a shame what happens to youth in such communities, although I don't believe his mother is blameless in this (she may also be charged in a separate robbery, I've read). What a tragic mess.

I provided a link to the witnesses Grand Jury testimony. Perhaps I missed where "several" indicated in the positive that Brown definitely charged (bum rushed) the officer. You're free to look through the pages and find where a witness testified that he did. When you find it, post the link.

I posted a link to the page where witness #10 stated that he was 50 to 75 yards away and saw Brown "bum rush" the officer. If another witness was as close as Dorian Johnson was and stated that Brown "bum rushed" the officer, post a link to it, because I can't find one witness testimony indicating that he/she was closer than Dorian Johnson.

I did find another witness (#30) that told detectives that Brown turned and started moving toward the officer. Yet, this witness states that he/she was a "few blocks away" from the shooting.

But searching the documents for the term "bum rushed" and the words "charged toward", I only came up with ONE instance, which is accountable to witness #10. Other than "second and third hand" blog posts and anonymous sourced reporting, why can't you just read and search through THE ACTUAL WITNESS TESTIMONY? I given several links to numerous pages. Just find where more than ONE person testified that Brown charged Wilson.

There's 24 documents in total. It took me about 15 minutes using a word search ("bum, bum rush, charge, charging officer") to search all 24 volumes of testimony. As I stated, It's possible that I missed something. If you find more than one witness who testified that Brown "charged or rushed" the officer, just post it.

BP;"While Holder was so fixated on this whole Michael Brown incident and crucifying Darren Wilson, what I like to know is why he does not take the interest in black-on-black crime? ".

Because when a black person is suspected, caught and tried, they go to jail. The jails are filled with black people who have committed crimes. The implications of equating black-on-black crime with a police officer killing a black person (or a person of any race for that matter) is disingenuous. First off, two wrongs don't make a right. Secondly, the police are people who are there to protect and serve as part of the "public TRUST."

Lets say you have a child, perhaps your teenage son or daughter, who steals things out of your house. I'm sure would be upset and will chastise them, and possibly throw them out of the house. But, lets say one of the neighbors kids (whom you thought you could TRUST) stole something from your house. So you go to the neighbor kids parent angry as hell, but the parent tells you; "Why are you so mad at my kid, your kids steal from you all the time!"

Wouldn't you view such a response as being "disingenuous" and a false equivalency? Wouldn't it also make you feel as though the neighbor parent was "protecting" his child's wrong doings, while completely demonizing your children? Of course you would!

That's how it sounds when someone equates black-on-black homicide with police on black homicide. There is an interest in black-on-black crime. The jails wouldn't be filled with black men if it were not. Black police, prosecutors, jurors, judges and courts, send black people to jail all the time.

Like the parent that would chide "you" for your child that steals while ignoring the wrong done by his own, the assertion of black-on-black crime is a disingenuous "defense mechanism" being used to defend the wrong doings of your own.

That's a very strange case in Salt Lake. If we're talking about the same case, I'd believe that would be the cop (Bron Cruz) who shot 20 year old Dillon Taylor. It's odd because when you watch the video, you see the officers hands and arms, and he appears to be white, or very light skinned. When you hear his voice ordering the man to put his hands up, aahhh, let's just say he doesn't sound black.

Although I can't vouch for the validity of this video, the man in it claims to be Dillon's brother. In the video he makes claim that the officer that shot Dillon was a "short bald white guy."

It's not a new low for the meida. It's who they are. They are ACTIVISTS before they are journalists. During the gun control debate, I believe it was a news paper in a community in New York state that released the names off all the owners who held gun permits. The media tries to hide their progressive bias, but thankfully more and more people are seeing through their BS.

I've been meaning to get to that story. From what I've read, that white family was racially targeted the black thugs. Stories like this shows how two faced and bias the national media is. The race of the victim and the race of the suspects don't jive with the media's template. They can deny they don't have a bias in reporting, they are only fooling themselves. I don't care if progressives don't like it when I post stories like this. They claim they care so much about "injustice" yet they seem to only care when that injustice somehow is against them, for others they can care less as obvious in Milwaukee

The Bible says that in the end times the love of many will grow cold and there will be a great deception. Unless people get to praying we are going to lose much more than just economic benefits. Lord, how I wish people would remember the words, "if my people, who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will turn and heal their land".

(2) Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. (3) For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:” (note: God's will is for police to enforce just laws.)

1 Corinthians 14:33. “For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.” (note: That means that Satan is the author of confusion.)

Colossians 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

If persons keeps on following the way of anarchists, then where they are going they will have an eternal fill of Anarchy.

Anarchy is one of a 1001 philosophical evasions of the word of God our Creator. To be locked into Anarchy is to make a pact with the devil and with hell.

Anyone who thinks, that just because they adhere to Anarchy, that that in itself justifies Anarchy, well that person has an insanely over-inflated opinion of their own self.

Just as Christ ordained “liberty” (freedom, 2 Corinthians 3:17) that liberty cannot exist or survive without “decency” and “order” (1 Corinthians 14:40). Likewise among nations there must be laws and rules and lines that must not be crossed to maintain Ordered Liberty, and to prevent chaos and confusion.

In a land of Anarchy, criminals can invade a home, and while at it violate the women-folk, and if the householders cannot overpower and put down the criminals, then the criminals have their way.

In a land of Ordered Liberty, the householders have the right to defend themselves and their property, and to have the aid and support of neighbors, police, lawyers, courts, prisons, and the public – but this order must be according the juris prudence (law) within that jurisdiction, which requires land borders, and sovereign law within those borders, which borders in turn also define whose taxes will pay the salaries of the police who work within those borders.
