Andrew Breitbart dead at 43 years old.

I was suffering the net this morning browsing to find out what the news of the today was. I happened to have caught a glimpse of a NBC story in a google search that said Andrew Breitbart was dead. At first I thought it was an April Fools joke, because today is the first, but then a cold frozen realization struck me that this is the first day in March not April. So I rushed and turned on Fox News only to discover in absoluste shock, horror and great sadness that indeed Andrew Breitbard died at 12am this morning in Los Angles. Words alone can't even begin to express how I and many conservatives around the country are feeling right now. The last time I had this feeling was the day I heard President Ronald Reagan had passed away. Andrew leaves behind four children and his wife Susan. Andrew Breitbart use to jokingly refer to himself as Matt Drudge's bitch, because he use to do all the dirty work in helping to make the Drudge Report the success that it is. Andrew had an uncanny ability to bring forth the news stories that the media didn't want reported. He was a core conservative, and he made no apologes for it. Even though I've never met Andrew Breitbart, I had the utmost respect and admiration for his passion to confront progressives and not being bullied into backing down from what he knew what was right. Even though this is a sad day for conservatives, one thing is certain. Andrew's legacy will live on through us going forward. RIP Andrew and thank you for fighting with us and for us, God Bless.

This is Andrew Breitbart just a few weeks ago at CPAC giving a speech like only he could give it.

In the hours immediately following Senator Ted Kennedy's death, Breitbart called Kennedy a "villain", a "duplicitous bastard", a "prick" and "a special pile of human excrement.

Definitely a sad day for real journalism. It still feels like I've been kicked in the gut. At least Andrew had the people in place to carry on his work without him, so his legacy won't die.

anon "In the hours immediately following Senator Ted Kennedy's death, Breitbart called Kennedy a "villain", a "duplicitous bastard", a "prick" and "a special pile of human excrement."

And your point is what exactly anon? Ted Kennedy was everything Andrew called him. It wasn't because of politics, it was because Ted Kennedy was pure scum. No need for me to candy coat the truth. Unlike Breitbart, Teddy cheated on his wife multiple times. Ted was a notorious womanizer. He even had freaky sex along with Chris Dodd on a waitress. That is how the term "waitress sandwich" was created. To top it all off he was a drunk and he called his lawyer instead of the rescue personnel when a car that he was driving, drove off a bridge and into the Chappaquiddick river leaving a woman to drown. If Andrew Breitbart didn't any of those things then let me know. If you don't, then what he said about Teddy stands as fact and warranted.

It's sad to see someone like Andrew Breitbart die.
Without Breitbart, who would expose these phony liberals out there?
Tyrone, maybe you could fill in his shoes.

Whoa Tyrone. I'm not one to speak ill of the dead, particularly when they have loved one's who can be hurt by such comments.

You mentioned that you had never met Breitbart. Therefore it's safe to say your knowledge of his personal life is limited to the time he spent in the national spotlight.

However, Breitbart did indeed make those comments about Ted Kennedy following the announcement of Kennedy's passing. True or not, such comments should be reserved for the living where the person can defend themselves, refute the accusations or offer an explanation.

Yet again Tyrone you've shown how hypocritical you can be when hacking for your conservative ilk. I'm not going to attempt to tell you that you should have compassion for "libruls" or "progressives" who pass into the great beyond. But I will tell you that you should expect the same contempt from those who you've showed disdain for when they lose a loved one.

Bear in mind that those liberals that make vile remarks about a conservative passing, are not doing it simply because you've done it to them. Neither do they say such things, simply to get back at conservatives. They do it because they're just as vile and unscrupulous as you are!

The classiest condolence yet...

"The news of Mr. Breitbart's death came as a surprise to me when I was informed of it this morning. My prayers go out to Mr. Breitbart's family as they cope during this very difficult time".

Trust me, I would consider it a dream job if I could fill Breitbart's shoes and carry on his legacy, but I think Breitbart has good people in place to carry on the fight in his absence, but thanks for the vote of confidence. Andrew like me both share a passion of making the lives of progressives as miserable as humanly possible and then some.

And your point allen? Many people knew Breitbart and new what kind of person he was. I would wager to say that even though I regrettably never met him, I still know more about his life, timeline and accomplishments then you.

p allen "However, Breitbart did indeed make those comments about Ted Kennedy following the announcement of Kennedy's passing. True or not, such comments should be reserved for the living where the person can defend themselves, refute the accusations or offer an explanation."

Did Andrew ever say that he was glad Kennedy was dead, like progressives are saying about Andrew allen? Speak right up. Breitbart gave the titles that described what kind of man Ted Kennedy was based on the life he lived. I laid it all out why Andrew was right. Ted Kennedy was no Saint. The examples I've given about the life of Ted Kennedy allen, can you dispute any of them as being false?

Breitbart "Yet again Tyrone you've shown how hypocritical you can be when hacking for your conservative ilk. How am I a hypocrite? I've lost something in translation of your insanity passed off as common sense. Go back into my archives and find a story I wrote I was glad that a certain progressive figure died. That is your homework assignment allen. I almost loath the ground Barack Hussein Obama walks on. Even with that said, I would never wish dead upon him or take joy in his death. For all the moral flaws this person has, he is still a father to two girls and a husband. When I speak ill of a person so to speak, I am merely basing what I say off the life's record of that individual allen, big difference.

You are dangling off a cliff with a very short rope for support allen. Once again as a conservative, point out where I took glee in the death of a progressive. This is just a sample of what progressives have been saying about the death of Andrew Breitbart a father and a husband.

No, actually HATE has no political ideology. It can occur at any time on either side because it's relatively easy to HATE. Bad things are very easy to get. Doing what's right is the hard because good things are difficult to achieve.

Oh no, on the contrary. I accidentally deleted your previous post. I wanted it shown for all the readers to read. Matter of fact please repost what you said so everybody can read it. What you said about Andrew is at "teachable moment". I can say that progressives are hate filled, but in the end it's just my words against theirs. Your words speaking from your heart about Breitbart does all the work for me. I just want to ask you one very direct and simple question. You said "I still think he was scum and the devil finally came to collect." Would you repeat those words to Andrew's wife and four kids? Yes or No.

Contrary with what you wrote to P. Anthony Allen, you are a hateful person, and the reason why you are a hateful person (and a liar) as you are intentionally defaming this man's character, and defaming someone's character on the right is a major characteristic of the left. If Breitbart is evil for his work, then what does that make you? I will answer it for you: evil. You wrote a comment and you had plenty of time to sleep off and wake in regret, and yet you came back for more. Don't like what I wrote? Hey, I am calling it like I see it. Breitbart had more honor than you will likely will ever have. No, I do not know you, but you did all of the dirty work for those who get it.

Anon; (who I think is Gerald T. because he often refers to Tyrone as "Alpha Male") "I disagree with you p anthony. Im not a hateful person i just call em like i see em".

I never said you were a hateful person. Where did that come from? As I told Tyrone, I wouldn't attempt to tell you or anyone else who they should have compassion for. You can hate Breitbart. It's your blood pressure and your business.

It was reported that Breitbart had heart problems. For all we know his problems could have been brought on by built up constant hating, and the stress that comes along with it. What ever it might have been, I feel that we should respect the grieving of those he left behind, and just allow the departed to rest in peace.

Hefmier;"as you are intentionally defaming this man's character, and defaming someone's character on the right is a major characteristic of the left".

Actually, defaming is a major characteristic of the political realm. Pundits on both sides of the political spectrum launch personal attacks. Just this week Rush Limbaugh called a woman that wants to use birth control a "slut." It's been proposed that nearly 99% of American women have used birth control at some point in their lives. Is it really a fair minded assumption to believe that 99% of American women are "sluts?" Limbaugh's comments were clearly and distinctly a personal attack.

However, for every Limbaugh, there's a Kieth Olbermann. For every Sean Hannity, there's a Chris Matthews. For every Rachel Maddow, there's a Michelle Malkin. For every World Net Daily, there's a Daily Kos, and so on...

If you would come down from the high horse of hypocrisy, you'd see that defamation occurs across the board.
