Palin tweaks the left by writing "Hi Mom" on her hands.
How can anyone with a sense of humor not like Sarah Palin? Sarah Palin is like a mix between Ann Coulter and Laura Ingraham. Sarah has one of the sharpest wits in politics. During her speech at the tea party convention, Sarah wrote down six key points on her hand that she wanted to make sure she didn't forget while giving her speech. Unlike another person we all know, Sarah gave her speech without the aid of a teleprompter. Well anyways, the kooks over at the Huffington Post discovered Palin's "controversy" and decided to post it. It didn't take long for every liberal blog to report this as "news". It went as far as Andrea Mitchell showing the picture of the writing on Palin's palms during the NBC Nightly News. This is Andrea belly aching over Palin using her palms to write her notes.
Well Sarah fired back in typical Palin fashion. During her stump speech yesterday in Texas for Governor Rick Perry, Sarah wrote on her hands "HI MOM". She did this deliberately to tweak the left, and it worked like a charm.

It surely was "typical Palin fashion." Instead of taking on her detractors "HEAD-ON" and fight, she dipped away from the matter at hand (no pun intended), and chose to run home to "mama." Typical quitter!!

No offense allen, but you aren't ready for the comedy circuit. You just aren't a prime time player yet. Sarah doesn't need to talk to her fringe haters. They've never liked her and they never will. It's a waste of time and effort. Sarah could give them a gift of several rolls of aluminum foil so they won't run out of tinfoil hats. Also allen, the quitter talking point is beyond stale and doesn't have any merit still.

You don't need to write down key points in a speech such as the one she gave. It should be at her political core.

Wrong Darkstar. When I create youtube videos on a certain topic I usually talk so much about one topic I forget to add in other key topics I wanted to discuss, that is why I normally have to go back and add them through the annotes function. This also happens when I am writing about a topic on the blog. When people get caught up in one topic of a speech it is very easy to forget that they have time restraints and must shorten it in order to cover the other topics or they forget all together. That is the reason for having an outline in the first place Darkstar. Why do you think that when people create powerpoint presentations they have an outline for their presentation darkstar? It helps to keep the overall presentation organized and on track. So what Palin did is nothing remotely major. If I was her, I would have wrote down the crux of what points I wanted to cover as well just to keep myself on track and to make sure I covered them. In other words, this is hardly a smoking gun situation in regards to Palin.
How come there was no negative reaction from the left when that crazy code pink lady put red paint on her hands and intterupted Condi Rice several years ago?
Why is there no questioning of Obama's use of the teleprompter, when, according to his followers,happens to be the most intellectually profound President ever to grace our un worthy country?
If Palin is so dumb and unimportant, why is the left so intent on destroying her credibility?

Millions of people on four networks watched Sarah's speech. What is beyond dumb and petty and trait is kooks going out of their way to find something as microscopic as her notes. In other words Allen, YAWN!! Notice that her haters couldn't find anything wrong with her 45 minute speech allen. What is dumb is when the Commander In Chief refers to the Marines 3 times as CORPSmen. Now that is dumb!

Could it be because liberals are hypocrites and never should be taken seriously? Obama is propped up as being the most intellectually, yet nobody even knows the man's grades Greg. Obama can't string together four sentences without the use of his teleprompter. Have you heard the guy speak without his Hope & Change 4000 teleprompter? I've been asking myself that question for almost two years now, and I still don't have an answer. I've been asking Palin's kook haters that same question, and they just give me a glazed over look. They know Palin is a threat. They tried to dismiss Reagan in the same fashion they are trying to do with Palin, and look at the result. That so called clueless dumb actor destroyed two "intellectual liberals" in two of the biggest electoral college landslides in presidential history. Their attacks on Palin is only serving as red meat for their kook base anyways. They're making the mistake of thinking that all they have to do id demonize Palin and Americans will forget about the damage Obama is doing.

That's a video, NOT a question and answer session. There is no reason for any politician to need crib notes to state his/her core beliefs. And if one IS needed, there are index cards, smart phones, or a piece of paper.

It was a speech darkstar, this is such a LAME outrage. I do powerpoint presentations all the time related to core themes yet at the beginning of all of them are "outlines" of my presentations.If I was Palin, I would have wrote down some side notes just to make sure I stay on track so I wouldn't forget to to either move on to another topic of my overrall speech or forget it all together. As I stated, no one can dispute her overall 45 minute speech. So "notegate" is the best you and other palin haters can come up with darkstar? Please get real.

Riddle me this Darkstar and Allen. How could Sarah write four bullet points to questions? Please explain that. The bullet points weren't answer geniuses. It can't be said that she wrote down answers before a question was issued, because what was on her hand wasn't answers to anything. So you guys need to go back to the drawing board and come up with a criticism that is at least worthy of not laughing at.

One of her bullet points she had on her hand was "lift America's spirits". Please tell me how her forth bullet point was a "question", you just acknowledged that her bullet points weren't answers. So if you can't give a logical explanation for her writing of "lift America's spirits" as a question you just validated my everything I said. Hate isn't a substitute for common sense allen. You got to get a grip.
GregGVDC asked a valid question about Obama and his teleprompter. I would like to see DarkStar and P.Allen to answer it because it is a valid question. They both deride Sarah Palin for using notes on her hand, yet they ignore Obama's seemingly addictive use of a teleprompter.

When it comes to Obama's tele, those two conveniently seem to go AWOL when the topic comes up frank. They shake their finger at Palin, yet they turn their heads and whistle when Obama's gaffes are highlighted. I don't know how Darkstar and Allen can ever be expected to be taken seriously, when their hypocrisy is so clearly shown.
