Remembering 911 ten years later: The enemies to America 10 years ago are still America's enemy to this day.
Many are aware of the conflict in the Middle East between the Israelis and the Palestinians. Prior to the 911 attacks, I really didn't have an opinion one way or the other. To be honest, I didn't know much about what was going on in the Middle East at that time. I guess I was still somewhat naive to what was going on in the world. On the day of the 911 attack, I woke up real quick to the understanding of who are our friends in the world and who aren't. While most of the world extended their hand to the United States in sympathy, solidarity and support, certain countries and people didn't. Those were people who lived in Muslim countries. As I watched people on television crying over losing loved ones and just being in shock over what had just happened, I watched video on CNN and Fox News that changed my views on foreign policy forever especially when it came to who I support in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
No wonder Obama wants 911 to be about a "day of service", because if Americans remembered scenes like this from ten years ago, America as a nation would be that much more in support of Israel then it is right now. I hate to bring up politics in regards to 911, but something needs to be added. 911 was the biggest act of terrorism on the U.S homeland to date. When progressives including those in congress refer to the Tea Party as terrorists, they are desensitizing people to what TRUE terrorists are. The word terrorist should not be used by any politician or political pundit on either side of the aisle in regards to political issues that aren't terrorism based. I've been called "Islamophobic" by progressives over the years. Of course, I really don't take serious what a bunch of brain washed nit wits have to say about an issue they truly don't understand. On 911, I understood the fact that 19 Muslim Saudi hijackers were "Ameriphobes", they were taught at childhood to hate America, and they showed their hatred for this country ten years ago in a way that is still being felt to this day. Progressives never mention facts like that. In Muslim countries, Muslim clerics are brainwashing kids in the Muslim Arab countries to hate, and despise the United States", but progressives never condemn them just us for. The reason progressives don't criticize Muslims for their actions and anti western beliefs is due to fact that they both actually share a lot in commons. Both have a disdain for the state of Israel and both hate the United States. Progressives aren't the only ones who know how to burn an American flag.

Obama doesn't want 9/11 to be a Day of Service, he wants 9/17 to be a day of rage.
Richard Trumka, head of the AFL/CIO, on the other hand wants 9/11 to be a Day of Service dedicated to NOT questioning the pensions of 1st responders or the graft and corruption in Union Leadership or government graft and political patronage...
To question corruption is to "hate America".

Do you really believe that progressives "hate" America? I've heard countless conservatives decry that President Obama is attempting to "destroy America, turn the country socialist, become a dictator", etc...
As shown with the Arab Spring, even a country with a powerful dictator can be taken down in a matter of months. Barring military intervention, taking a country down from within is easy and simple, and would be that much easier if the president of that country is a willing participant.
It's simple minded and totally stupid to believe that progressives hate America, and even more heinous to equate such hate with that of the attackers of 911. Thousands of Americans died in that attack. Even though I've heard some on the left compare "terrorism" to the actions of some from the right, I've never heard a progressive compare the 911 attacks to right-wing conservative tactics.
Oh yeah, I saw a tape of the Ed Schultz show where he interviewed Jimmy Hoffa.
I had not seen the entire video where he made the statement "take the son's of bitches out", until I watched the excerpt from the Schultz show. Schultz played the tape and it clearly showed that Hoffa was telling the crowd to "VOTE" and take SOB's out of office. Hoffa went on to explain, and stated to Schultz that, that's is exactly what he said and what he meant.
Hoffa definitely chose the wrong term to describe his adversaries, as it doesn't fair well for productive political discourse. That's possibly the reason why his message is being misconstrued as vitriolic.
No reminder needed man. It's hard to believe this was 10 years ago.

Was that last video very recent, The one where American "Muslims" are trampling on the American flag? Or was if filmed around the time after the attacks?
Those people are just as bad as the Westboro Baptist Church. They're the "Christian" anti-American group whom for years picketed outside funerals of those who were gay and now they have been picketing outside of funerals of fallen soldiers.
Both groups, they dare to call themselves people of God/Allah. I've seen the WBC too trample on the American flag.
What is ironic: if they hate America so much, why don't they leave the country? Simple, because it's the best country in the world.
Most Muslims I know would not tolerate this kind of behavior. They call these types of Muslims, like the ones who crashed into the buildings and the ones stomping on the flag "false Muslims".

2. They ate the constitution and believe it should be a living breathing document.
3. Progressives hate the capitalist based economy of this country.
4. Progressives believe the country is run by "rich white people" aka Jeremiah Wright
5. Progressives defend America's foreign enemies at every turn.
6. Progressives want open border and believe that love of this country somehow translate into being a racist.
7. Progressives see people who want to stop the out of control spending in the government as racists, extremists and terrorists.
8. Progressives always apologize on foreign soil for what they see as American's faults.
Those are just for starters. You know allen, I think I will do a story in a few weeks about progressives and their hate for America just for kicks. I might take my camcorder and tape actually progressives sharing their hatred for this country. Then there will be no doubt allen.

Some conservatives have a problem with being honest with themselves. Expressing yourself honestly always gives the person listening a clear picture of your intent. It also shows that you're thinking for yourself and not simply "following the crowd."
Such stupidity reminds me of an episode of "The Simpsons." Mayor Quimby was attempting to get a surveillance system approved by the people to watch over the entire town. He instructs the crowd;
"All those in favor of the surveillance system, say cheese."

You can't have it both ways allen. Today's progressives refer to the founding fathers as nothing more then "white, wealthy slave owners." Hate is such a strong word allen. It's not like conservatives have been trashed for speaking their minds allen, so buck up and take it like a man. lol I've been called every racially intolerant name in the book over the years by the so called tolerant progressive left, and I'm not stressing over it. Conservatives in general subscribe to the principals of individualism, while progressives adhere to the collective way of thinking. Why do you think progressives see everybody in groups allen?

The Union special interest
The homosexual special interest
The environmental special interests

If progressives seen minorities as individuals instead of a collective, they wouldn't use racial attack terminology against minorities who aren't progressive. Think about that allen if you can be honest with yourself.

Some radio, tee-vee, or internet conservative talker told you that being a conservative means you are this, that, and the other, and you just gobbled it all up. Conservatism hasn't taught you "how" to think, it's taught you "what" to think.
For every one of those "special interest" groups you mentioned, there are "special interest" groups that take the opposing view. For every "Right to Choose" group, there is an "Anti-Abortion" group. For every "Right to Marriage" group, the is an "Anti Gay Marriage" group...so on, and so on.
With concern to the the "minority" race based groups, contrary to your brain-washed belief, there have been, to this day still are "white racist groups" (overt and covert) who are politically active in America. Just because someone told you that these groups are insignificant, it doesn't mean that they don't exist.
