Black Lives Matter: Demario Bailey
I was watching the CBS Nightly "News" last night as they showed protesters in Chicago marching over the deaths of Eric Garner and Saint Michael Brown. I had to snicker and roll my eyes watching it just knowing of hypocritical and fake these people are. The irony is that these protesters live in the most deadly city in America to be a black person, Chicago.Yesterday in Chicago an estimated 300 people took part in protests throughout the city in which 25 of them were arrested. Like I've been saying,
" a black life is more endangered at the hands of another black person then it ever will be at the hands of law enforcement and that include white cops."
Case in point. Another black life was taken in Chicago a few days ago. Demario Bailey who was 15 was shot and killed in a robbery attempt for his coat. Thankfully a 17 year old thug by the name of Carlos Johnson has been arrested and charged with first degree murder of Demario. I wish I could say that if this scum is found guilty, he could get the death penalty, but Illinois like may blue states do not have the death penalty. Got to protect the lives of the thugs you know. I guess it's only fitting that that tax payers be burdened with taking care of these animals. I doubt that there will be any protests in Chicago in the wake of Demario's senseless murder. I mean lets face it, he died at the hands of another black person and not a white cop, so the protesters could care less about this black life lost in their own city, (even though it's suppose to matter) Furthermore Demario just like his twin brother Demacio was a good kid who never gotten into trouble, so that's another strike against him. Demario and his brother Demacio were honor students at a charter school. Again, they were good kids. The four thugs stalked Demario and his brother Demacio like wild animals surrounding their prey. Again, truly innocent blacks lives are by far more an endangered species living in an inner city neighborhood then they ever would be for being arrested by police officers. This is the brutal and statistical truth of the streets. No matter how much the racial agitators, clueless protesters want to ignore the truth, the truth isn't going to go away. This is the truth. The senseless death of Demario Bailey is a clear reminder of that. Inner cities neighborhoods aren't dangerous because of white police officers. They don't live there.When coming home from school or work and living in these neighborhoods who do you have to fear while looking over your shoulder, a white police officer or a group of young black males?

In the newspaper story the grandmother says that the twins mother was letting the boys get "a little more freedom." Sounds like the typical black single baby mama to me, no father around to teach the boys. With all the crime and killing going on she let her kids go in Obongo's libtard leftest Chicago. Its only a matter of time before the animals get you. Ill be honest, thats why black lives dont matter to me. Blacks have the highest abortion rate in the country, and abortion is LEGAL. So why should anybody care if police kill black honor students or thugs.
And so the little pin busts the baloon, again. It's enough to make me cry. Plus there are so many more cases like this one that never get due attention. I have no words left.

Here's an idea: While protesters and racial agitators are too busy posting pictures and names of the victims of "racist" law-enforcement officers, how about we get together and collect the pictures of all the black victims, including Demario Bailey, who were killed by other blacks and wave them in the presence of these protesters and Al Sharpton?

Those other cases will never get the attention they deserve Indigo, because they aren't members of the "black lives matter" club. And in order to be a member, a black person must to be shot by a white cop in the line of duty. If the person is shot by a black cop or a black thug, then they don't qualify thus do not matter. The black lives matter club is an exclusive club it seems.

No, the mother nor grandmother is the blame in this. Demario and his brother were honor students and both had good heads on their shoulders. The thugs who preyed on them were the sole problem.

There is a reason why cities are called concrete jungles. Illinois has one of the toughest gun control laws in the nation, but I guess the thug didn't notice that. It's amazing that dozens of blacks are killed each week in Chicago, yet Sharpton and others are silent as a church mouse on Sunday. Until black masses get a clue, this will never change.

Considering that most of the Planned (abortion) Parenthoods are located in minority neighborhoods, yet the so called black "leaders" are silent, it does indeed shows that black lives do NOT matter on many different fronts. I suppose in their warped minds only the thugs and criminals lives matter, not the innocent ones born or unborn.
This is one of the saddest things ever, this Black on Black crime.
Maybe when we have a Black president who actually speaks to kids and talks about education, drugs, babies born out of wedlock (which, of course, are not limited to the Black community), the kids could wake up and consider....

Some thoughts on BP's suggestion:
Could be called: “Black Lives Matter – When Blacks Kill Blacks” (or maybe just, “Lives Matter,” or else ?...)
(not to discount when whites kill blacks but we know the real problem)
- It is a worthy cause.
- It taps into the current national news waves.
- It could give voice to conservative common sense.
- There are a million American blacks who believe as most of us on this website. (and of course multiple millions of whites, but who are afraid of being called “racist,” like the white college president who recently apologized for saying in an email that “All Lives Matter.”).
- Such an effort would have to be with men of courage who are ready to be called names (“uncle tom” and even that term is based on an ignorant misunderstanding of HB Stowe's, Uncle Tom's Cabin) and face hatred, backlash and even death threats. But as MLK Jr said: A man who has not found something worth dying for is not fit to live.”
- It would be an antedote to the knuckleheads in the news now, and mount a counter-insurgency against the shallow ignorant raging hatred of people like Al Sharpton and Louis Farrakhan.
- Such an effort (Please DON'T call it a “movement”) could easily get local and national traction, and attract attention of some well-known names.
- Since the white divorce rate is just as pathetic as the black divorce rate, could eventually delve deeper into political and generational causes of the demise of so many black marriages and families – AND ALSO cultural demise of many white families.
It's a sad but recurring travesty which has been going on since the Democrats pushed forward their liberal ideals of "urban development" .
At least 3 separate moments in my life, I was robbed & by young black teenage males. No one will acknowledge this reality on t.v. because it does not fit into their politically correct narrative that young, black male youth are being targeted by white racist cops!
I'm so happy to see that the NYC police department are taking the initiative in unleashing a backlash against Bill De-BIAS-o for his unending efforts in siding with racially motivated race hustlers like Al Sharpton & his predominately, angry black combative followers to undermine their safety.
This young man's tragic & abrupt death should not be ignored by the media, especially FOX news. The public needs to wake up and recognize the evil tactics of the left in deceiving them of the real crime agitators!
As much of a tragedy as it is, conservatives have found a way to "politicized" a young black mans senseless murder. Police officers caught on tape choking a man to death over selling cigarettes, and what do we hear from conservatives? "Oooohh nooooo, he wasn't choked by police, he was diabetic, overweight and had heart problems!"
But yet, the conservative seizes on a senseless murder of a young black male, and accuses "the left, President Obama, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and Eric Holder" as the ones to blame??? You scream about how the left politicizes police shootings. Aren't you doing the same damn thing by politicizing the death of Demario Bailey???

For some odd and very strange reason, using the murder of young blacks as "two wrongs", somehow makes it "right." Was it "right" for the police to kill Eric Garner? The only time you hear a conservative voice on crime in the black community is when they need a defense mechanism (talking point) against the black community outrage over POLICE killing unarmed men, or they wish to promote that blacks are attacking whites.

Your essay isn't about Demario Bailey. Your essay is a political statement based on a misguided attack strategy. There are ABSOLUTELY NO similarities between a police officer killing an unarmed man, and a thug robbing and killing this boy.
Although you all have been trained to think so, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Barack Obama, Eric Holder nor Louis Farrakhan has nothing to do with street thugs who kill kids. However, if you do wish to go down that path, how about injecting the NRA in the killing of the kids at Sandy Hook? How about blaming Republicans for Columbine? Well we both know the chances of Obama talking about blacks taking personal responsibility for their lives and their kids are slim and and none, and slim left town last week. So the only thing left is the victim roll of the wicked, racist American society is too blame of course. If it's not oppression of racist white cops, then it's white privilege, the invisible shackles of slavery etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc. For the political progressive puppeteers it works. It gets them to the polls every time. Besides if Obama was to talk about the real problems in the black community, blacks would simply label him a sellout for doing so.
The sad truth is that certain people are comfortable living in ignorance. It's easier to blame others for their short comings in life rather then take personal ownership of their lives.

I agree Renee, and this just shows how phony, fake and fraudulent those people are who only show up to broadcast, protest or speak out when the narrative only fits one "specific" racial equation. I've had family members who were victims of violent assaults, and none of them were at the hands of white cops or any cops for that matter. Most people understand how foolish these protesters and the agitators are.

I'm glad too, I think even New Yorkers are starting to regret voting for that fool for their mayor. I seriously doubt, when he runs for re election he'll have the endorsement of the NYPD. He should have never thrown the police under the bus. His political pandering is going to cost him.I believe the NYPD should go on strike for about a week or so,and let the protesters take over their jobs and see how they like it. Or maybe they can en list their local neighborhood crack heads to enforce the peace and protect the black communities.

Yes Demario was black, but to the protesters, the national media and such his life "didn't" matter. The person who took his life was simply didn't fit the right color oh I meant the white color. I feel for the family and his twin brother. This kid has potential, he was a good good, his teachers and classmates liked him, he was on the honor roll. Even though all lives do matter, I am by far more sympathetic in this case then I ever would be with Michael Brown.

You could be right Chris. Very rarely do I hear of people being robbed for their coats unless it's an expensive leather coat, most times young people are robbed of their tennis shoes if they are expensive tennis styles. Then again, the shooting could have been a gang initiation for the shooter. I'm sure the details will come out in trial, I will be interest to find out what was the cause. I've heard of young black males being shot simply because they walked into a gang neighborhood wearing the colors of a rival gang without even knowing it. A life lost for no good reason.

If you all cared so much that Eric Garner was "choked" to death, I have one question. Why haven't you or anyone else call out the Sargent who was on scene and watched it has it happened? Oh wait, could it be just maybe, just maybe that the reason you all haven't demanded that the on scene commanding officer be held accountable is, because she is "BLACK"? Who on the right said that all the people you mentioned were responsible for Demario Bailey's death? Directly of course not. That's stupid. Progressives have however turned many once thriving safe cities into urban war zones with innocent people trapped living in fear of their lives everyday. The death of Demario clearly and sadly was a reminder of that.

Here's how you write an essay about a senseless black-on-black crime.
You have to tell a story, and/or offer solutions. You don't "snicker and roll your eyes watching, and calling people hypocritical and fake." That's called an "attack."
You're full of crap Tyrone. Just be honest dude. Your blog has a pretty decent following. You could easily devote 30 or 40 percent of your posts to highlight black-on-black crime. But you DON'T! You have politically driven motives. It's kind of crazy for you to deny it, because all one has to do is read you archived posts.
Since you think you can make "demands of media and political focus", look in the mirror and demand that you start writing more about the black-on-black crime in Baltimore, tell how you're working to help solve problems and post some pictures of you working within the community. I don't believe ever seen that on you blog!!

Long and wrong, as usual you never pay attention to what I say. I've been saying for how long now about the "internal problems" in the black community. You know I've been saying this, so don't act like your new to what I've been writing. Sorry that I do not candy coat what I say, but I am a realist. I've always been big on sarcasm, because it helps to make fun of the absurd thought patterns of progressives. Also, I call out hypocrites for what they are and what they say.That's not going to change any time soon either. Rats do not like it when the light is shined on them. They tend to get very defensive.

You just placed all your chips on lucky 7 but sadly you just rolled snakes eyes. I've helped black youths here in Baltimore volunteering at the Oliver Recreation Center and the Madison Rec center. Furthermore, I am in the process of putting together a program to mentor black entrepreneurs on how the start businesses, obtain financing, marketing and develop a business plan. This is my part to address the internal problems, you just focus on Darren Wilson, I'll do my part to do the heavy lifting that needs to be done.
