The blood of two police officers shot in front of the Ferguson Police Department rest solely on his hands.
Attorney General Eric Holder better get a stronger scrub brush, because he's going to need it. Again he has found a way to have the blood of police officers on his hands. As you all have probably heard by now, two Police Officers were shot and nearly killed in an assassination attempt outside of the Ferguson Police Department a little after midnight Thursday. There is no debating this as to who is responsible. Yes the thug is the one who tried to assassinate who he or she thought were Ferguson Police officers, but he or she acted based on the actions of Eric Holder's bogus report that smeared the Ferguson Police Department as having deed seeded racial problems, yet it doesn't. I'll get back to that in a moment, but I want to bring attention to a very important fact that can not be ignored. The shooting death by former officer Darren Wilson was not only justified on the grounds of self defense against Saint Michael Brown, but even Eric Holder's own justice department couldn't find any evidence that Darren Wilson violated the civil rights of Saint Michael, thus
Officer Wilson was cleared in their own probe and no charges were brought!
So now comes the ten million dollar question folks. Since Officer Wilson was cleared by Eric Holder's own Justice Department,

People in Ferguson got all racially ginned up again based on the report that was released by Eric Holder's Justice Department into the Ferguson Police Department in which they claim the department had deep seeded racial issues that needed to be addressed. As for those issues. The investigation turned up TWO racist emails that were sent several years ago by Ferguson Police Officers. From how the Justice Department report described the report, one would think that David Duke's brother was running the place, but that wasn't the case.
Most of the people who were fired over this JD's report were members of the Ferguson City Government and NOT the Ferguson Police Department.!!
So because of this highly publicized report which didn't show any wide spread systemic racial issues with in the FPD but was presented as if it did, black protesters got emotionally worked up into a frenzy and decided to protest outside the Ferguson Police Department and one of those protesters based on that report decided he was going to try and kill some Ferguson Police Officers. That's pretty much sums it up. The ironic aspect in this shooting is that the two officers who were shot weren't even Ferguson Police Officers. One officer was from Saint Louis County and the other was from the Webster Grove Police Department, but I suppose that doesn't matter much to those who "think" with blinded rage, a cop is a cop and cops deserve to be shot according to their mindset.
Eric Holder is s suppose to be the nations top cop as the Attorney General, but I truly have to wonder who's side is he really on. More often then not, he seems to be on the side of the very protesters who are targeting the police officers across the country. The Ferguson Police Chief had to become a scrafical lamb for the blood thirsty mob and was forced to resign, even though he didn't have anything to do with the death of Saint Michael Brown. I guess that's social justice on display.The Perception of addressing the problem is more important then actually addressing it I suppose.

Eric Holder said from the outset of the Mike Brown shooting investigation, that the Civil Rights Division which included the Criminal Section and the Special Litigation Section, would be looking into the the practices of the Ferguson Police Department.
The Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Justice Department investigates police departments all the time. New Orleans, Detroit and several other departments are under "consent decree's" from the feds. Moreover, a request from members of congress was sent to the DOJ asking for an investigation of the Ferguson Police Department and city government. It should be obvious that the request was sent by Missouri Congressional Rep. William Clay because of complaints by black voters in his district.
But that's pertinent information Mark Levin won't tell you.

Eric Holder said that he supports "wholesale change" in the Ferguson Police Department, those remarks were made on Oct 29th of last year. I hate to burst your bubble, but the mistake was solely on me. Go and research the vast right wing conspiracy websites. None make reference to only two racists emails being sent, I made that remark. Notice also that I didn't link to any conservative or right wing site stating that only two emails were sent. I meant to say that only 2 officers were fired instead of only 2 emails were sent. Have you read the report? I read it over a couple days while eating dinner. Read it for yourself and then make judgments. But here's a few excepts. Every "honest" person I know was appalled by what they read.
All of the DOJ's reported abuses were taken directly from the Ferguson Police Department's own records, communications, emails, written directives and their own admissions.
- Ferguson Police Department's primary purpose was to generate revenue for the city’s budget. Emails were obtained showing Ferguson’s police supervisors, including the City Manager, repeatedly badgered police officers to increase their ticket fines without whether they were justified or not.
- Blacks make up 67% of the population of Ferguson. Black residents received 95% of Manner of Walking charges (Jaywalking), 94% of all Fail to Comply charges, and 89% of all Failure to Obey charges.
-Ferguson PD used a police-run “wanted” system to go around the courts. Officers and detectives were allowed to arrest people they suspected of crimes (any crime) without a court warrant.
- Ferguson PD's own records show that during vehicle stops blacks were twice as likely to be searched. Yet;
"Despite being searched at higher rates, African Americans are 26% less likely to have contraband found on them than whites: 24% of searches of African Americans resulted in a contraband finding, whereas 30% of searches of whites resulted in a contraband finding".
These are just a few examples of the Civil Rights violations. But of course you dispute the findings of the "evil racist Eric Holder's" DOJ. You're free to proclaim from your desk chair that Holder planted all the emails, and doctored all the police reports to make those nice and decent white folks look racist. Or you're free to charge that the finding weren't racist at all! Either way, don't take Levin's, Savage's, Hannity's, Limbaugh's, etc... word for it. I read it, it was pretty fun but on a somewhat serious note. The report talked about the FPD department revenue practices, I didn't see in the report where it said that the FPD was suppose to or had a policy to single out motorists based on race in order to fine them. What page was that on? Was their an email by the Police Chief that stated?
Also I must have overlooked this also, but I didn't see where the investivigation found emails or written documentation that the Ferguson Police Department was directed to focus specifically on blacks for arrest of minor violations. Again, I may have overlooked it, so please just point me in the right direction in the report.

This is an insult to my intelligence, really it is. According to the Census date on Ferguson as of 2013, 67% of the residents in Ferguson are BLACK!! Here in Maryland the anti Death Penalty folks a few years ago commissioned a University of Maryland study on capital punishment and race. In this report they came to the conclusion that the death penalty was used "disproportionally against blacks", thus making it racist. Now many of the cases in which the death penalty was sought against blacks were for black on white murders in the suburbs in Maryland mainly in Baltimore County. There wasn't any real racial motive other then the fact the County states attorney simply sought the death penalty in murder cases. PAY ATTENTION ALLEN. However in Baltimore City, the city state's attorney NEVER sought the death penalty in murder cases that happened in Baltimore City. But here's the kicker, over 95% of all the murders that take place in the state of Maryland

First off, page 4 of the report clearly states;

If you truly had read the report you would have seen that. Moreover, there are "SEVERAL" instances of various Civil violations imposed disproportionately on the Black citizens. Frankly speaking Tyrone, had you read the report, you would have seen this;
The DOJ obtained "EMAILS" backed-up by their own "COURT RECORDS" showing;
"Court records and emails show City officials, including the Municipal Judge, the Court Clerk, and FPD supervisors assisting friends, colleagues, acquaintances, and themselves in eliminating citations, fines, and fees. For example:
In August 2014, the Court Clerk emailed Municipal Judge Brockmeyer a copy of a Failure to Appear notice for a speeding violation issued by the City of Breckenridge, and asked: “[FPD patrol supervisor] came to me this morning, could you please take [care] of this for him in Breckenridge?” The Judge replied: “Sure.” Judge Brockmeyer also serves as Municipal Judge in Breckenridge.". -page 78 DOJ Report-
The DOJ found several instances of "ticket fixing" by the Ferguson PD and city officials. Yet, when questioned by the DOJ about the disproportionate amount of fines and penalties levied on the blacks in the community, the Ferguson officials THEMSELVES stated;
"that it is a lack of “personal responsibility” among African-American members of the Ferguson community that causes African Americans to experience disproportionate harm under Ferguson’s approach to law enforcement.". All the while they were "fixing tickets" for themselves.
Had you read the report, you would have seen that IT IS NOT JUST, "the only thing this report has is statistics that blacks are more likely to be pulled over, searched." The report touches on several issues.

Was it going to take to convince those that the evidence does not stack up against the allegations? So Eric Holder was not convince that the forensic reports and the eyewitnesses (who were black) and he had to do his own investigation, and by golly, they were right all along! Did the report state what was the percentage of blacks in Ferguson whom were arrested were of blacks with prior criminal records?
Did the report state whether most of the arrest of blacks in locations in Ferguson were in areas known as high crime traffic?

Ok? So the report showed that city officials looked out for friends and colleagues in getting them out of tickets, so what does nepotism has to do with racism? In that Paragraph, what does the acts of cronies have to do with black residents of Ferguson? If anything it might show that they didn't have the "hook up" like others had, that still doesn't amount to racism though.

The DOJ found several instances of "ticket fixing" by the Ferguson PD and city officials. Yet, when questioned by the DOJ about the disproportionate amount of fines and penalties levied on the blacks in the community, the Ferguson officials THEMSELVES stated;
"that it is a lack of “personal responsibility” among African-American members of the Ferguson community that causes African Americans to experience disproportionate harm under Ferguson’s approach to law enforcement.". All the while they were "fixing tickets" for themselves.
This report is getting more absurd by the moment, and to think two police officers were shot over it?!!sarcastic laugh Ticket fixing? I'm not implying it, the anti death penalty opponents implied it. I found the death penalty study flawed from it's released. It was very deceptive, because they made an argument on how the death penalty here in Maryland was racist, yet they let out one huge bit of data that would have obviously proven otherwise. They conveniently left out that most of the murders in the sate happens in Baltimore City.

True! I find it odd but not surprising how all these deciples of Saint Michael have never talked about if Saint Michael would have had his head on straight that day, he would have still been alive. If the gentle giant would have shot Officer Wilson with his gun, the mob wouldn't be mourning Officer Wilson's life, they would have said he deserved it. You are right Marcel, both Travyon Martin and Michael Brown could have easily been alive today if they acted like they had any sense, they made the decision that lead to them ultimately losing their lives. Most Americans never rallied around these two for that very reason. They understand that they weren't some innocent teenagers just minding their business.
For the 2016 presidential election, conservatives need to rally behind ONE proven, vetted, scandal-free republican candidate. If the tea party splits their vote between several candidates like in the past, and then end up nominating the mushy moderate (Dole, McCain, Romney), that will help pave the way for another leftist democrat, and then 4-8 more years of the blinded victim mentality of the welfare nanny state, and of open borders and new holidays for jihadists and illegals.

Come on now... How can you say that one report is honest and true, yet the other is a lie and a joke? Both reports were done by the same Justice Department. Either both are lies, or both are true.
Or could it be that you're just damning the black people of Ferguson? Are they getting what they deserve? The Mike Brown report vindicates the officer who killed him. So your thoughts are "damn the people who claimed support for Mike Brown." The other report shows that Blacks were treated unfairly by the legal system in Ferguson. Still your thoughts are "damn those Black people in Ferguson" they're only getting what they deserve." So what- "two racist emails sent by police 3 years ago." A disproportionate amount of traffic tickets, citations, fines and jail time means nothing.
Blacks aren't treated differently in Ferguson. They just act differently, so they have to be treated differently. They're criminals, not all of them, just most of them. Therefore they have to be treated differently. So the only part of any DOJ (or any other report) you'll believe, is on that say's what you already believe about those "damn Niggers" in Ferguson.
Ted Cruz for president 2016. He is the closest thing to Reagan since Reagan. Since his election as Senator for Texas in 2012 he has shown his spine and put his neck out without flinching. High school valedictorian, and Ivy league educated. He is the anti-Obama. He is not afraid to honor God and the moral values of our nation's founding. No “exploratory committee” but rather he is the first formally declared candidate outright, who had the foresight to get the jump on everybody else.
I would repeat what Tyrone said earlier, and which Rush Limbaugh said, that single issue rejection of good candidates is the death of republican winners. Stop looking for candidates with no flaws that agrees with you on every matter. However, no surprise if Jeb Bush type supporters plot to undermine Cruz, or out-Cruz Cruz; Or if the lapdog media tries any and every smear tactic, spelled L-I-E-S. (And if for some reason it cannot be Cruz, the a proven fighter like Governor Scott Walker.) I also admired Cruz recently for his focused “Ten Goals” list for conservatives.

Snoop Dogg might not be the most articulate spokesman on the subject, but he definitely has a point. I really can't say if the Reagan administration intentionally flooded American cities with cheap cocaine and guns. However, it's a PROVEN FACT that they did allow cheap cocaine into the U.S. during the administrations support the Nicaraguan Contras. In fact, the Reagan administration admitted it's involvement with the Nicaraguan drug traffickers.
Moreover, it's well known that Reagan was no friend to Blacks and the poor in general. Before being elected in 1980 Reagan spoke about reaching out to black voters. He spoke at the National Urban League Convention and stated; "I am committed to the protection and enforcement of the civil rights of black Americans." Yet, withing a year of his presidency he began to attack decades old legislation (The Voting Rights Act of 1964) which he branded as being "humiliating to the South."
His most egregious act (in my opinion) was in 1982 when he tried to get the IRS to reverse course and grant a tax exemption to all-white Bob Jones University in South Carolina. Reagan openly opposed the Dr. M.L. King holiday and was basically forced by congress to signed it. He openly supported the South African Apartheid government. His reasons for not supporting Affirmative Actions was solely based on "minority quota's." And the list goes on....
My view is that Reagan truly didn't care if the Black communities crumbled.
Good! Sgt. Beau Bergdahl has been charged for desertion! Now watch the commander-in-chief give him a full pardon before he leaves office, while the terrorists he exchanged for his release goes back to planning on killing more Americans. I guess the soldiers who were killed in looking for him are irrelevant.
