Fast Food workers strike for $15 an hour but do not want to go out into the market place and earn it. Part 2

I decided to add a second part on this topic, because there were some other things I wanted to add that I didn't in part one that needed to be have been said. It's no secret that progressives need a villain in order justify their shortcomings in life. Taking personal responsibility is not an option. This is what this whole $15 dollars an hour mess is truly about. It's the underlying issue they don't want to address. The one thing the burger flippers and people who work at low paying jobs never want to talk about is that "they agreed to work for their employers knowing what the job would pay". The way they try to frame this is almost as if their employers did some sort of bait and switch on them, and they were shocked and angered , when they looked at their first paycheck. Burger flippers and any other employees are known as "at will employee". In other words, they are not slaves. They can end their employment anytime they want with their employer, and the employer has the same right to end the employment of an employee at anytime as well. So with that being said, there is nothing holding back burger flippers from seeking out jobs which pay more money right? Again with that  being said.

1.Why do they chose to accept jobs that are low pay but then later complain about pay they accepted?

2.  How is it their employer fault for them choosing to apply for the low paying job in the first place?

3.What is stopping them from going out and finding a job that pays "a living wage"?

They simply chose not to. People who are making $15 dollars an hour, $20, $50 dollars an hour or more obviously knew what they had to do in the marketplace to get paid their salary. It wasn't simply handed to them on a silver platter. The progressive malcontents don't want to do what others have done to earn a living wage.

1.Why do you think that skilled and highly skilled people don't work as burger flippers?

2. Why do you think these people will more then likely always have jobs paying them a "living wage"?

Progressives have their logic on this issue all screwed up. Working hard at a dead end job isn't gong to lead to living wage. The goal should be for them to

"work hard at acquiring the skills necessary so they can be qualified to make a living wage"

But I forgot, that requires dedication, sacrifice and hard work. In other words, it's all on the individual to achieve that. Can't blame the employers, Republicans, conservatives or the Tea Party for their life choices. My favorite talk show hosts is Dave Ramsey. He's a financial consultant and expert on helping people budget money and getting out of debt. He's an insanely down to earth person. He went on an epic rant a few months ago about who he calls "whopper floppers" wanting $15 an hour and why people are paid what they are paid which also includes CEO's and sports athletes. Highly recommend watching!

Tyrone, these clowns who are vocalizing their carefully scripted outrage for a wage increase regarding their low skill employment are merely being used by the sinister forces of the Democrat supporting union honchos!

It is clearly another look at the entitlement mentality in which liberals thrive on. They have successfully produced a generation of underachieving characters such as the derelicts of the Occupy Wall Street failed movement whom our "first black" president publicly lauded a while back.

It's getting tiring watching this carnival of errors taking shape as the quality of our life slowly diminishes into oblivion!

Fast food workers should go to the market place and earn it?

On February 18, 2011, Tyrone wrote; " I call them all nothing more then selfish, greedy living high on the troff PIGS!!".

"The teacher union swine don't realize that they don't have a valid nor moral ground on which to stand on".

But of course you'll say, "these teachers are living off the tax payer money. They don't deserve what they're getting in the market place." However, the Fast Food workers aren't living off the tax payer. They are in the "market place." Yet, "highly trained and educated teachers" are "greedy piggies?"

It should be completely evident that we're talking about two things that people need in order to survive, and become productive citizens. You have to eat, and you have to be able to read and write to make it through life.

So let me get this right Tyrone. In your twisted little mind, a teacher, someone who has spent time, money and effort to obtain the appropriate education and credentials to place themselves in the "market place", doesn't deserve to be paid accordingly because you view them as piggies sucking on the taxpayers dime. Whereas, a low skilled fast food worker goes into a private sector environment, and asks for a living wage, yet he also is undeserving because he has low skills.

So your suggestion to these millions of people who have chosen these lines of work, for whatever reason, is not to choose these particular lines of work. However, if they do choose these lines of work, they should be subject to WHATEVER "YOU" FEEL IS APPROPRIATE AS COMPENSATION FOR THEIR WORK?

I'm sticking by my assertion that Firemen should not be paid at all! They are the real "piggies" sucking on the taxpayer tit! Hell, they don't even have to spend a day in college. City bus drivers? Piggies! Congressmen and Senators? All of them piggies! Mailmen, dog catchers, tax payer paid garbage men! All piggies.

I'm sure you'll agree. In essence, you have to, because you've already layed out your position!

I imagine a lot of them will be going on welfare instead of finding another job.

More black on white violence.

A black on white mob beating to be exact...........

A black mob almost beats a white man to death............for nothing.....other than..... naw, I am sure race had nothing to do with it.

They almost beat this poor , 25 yr old white man to death.

http://myfox8.com/2014/09/08/suspect-charged-in-connection-with-violent-kroger-assault-caught-on-video/

So much for racism in America and blacks fear of police. Really? These black thugs seem to have no fear doing what they did. They even think it is funny they nearly beat someone to death or possibly made the victim someone's burden.

It just will not stop. And the left's top race baiters are no where to be found.... Liberals will not even care about this story. So what, they will say.

As long as the races are not reversed, good.

You even hear the person taping say, "THEY GOT A WHITE DUDE!" She clearly thinks it's funny, too.

In the old days, there were companies that would hire anybody, regardless of one's educational background or skills; they were taught on the job. We had a neighbor who worked for Boeing and worked with the company for 40-years before retiring. When he was hired, he was a high school graduate and was employed as a riveter on the assembly line. Nowadays, to work at a place like Boeing, whether your job is to be a riveter you are required to go to school to learn the basics. I can see it now, "Bolting 101".

CB-"But I forgot, that requires dedication, sacrifice and hard work. In other words, it's all on the individual to achieve that."

I have seen people who worked at places like coffee stands and gone to school for a better career. Ironically, many of them graduated with their degree, but chose to stick with their current occupation because they are receiving extra amount of money through tips.

Even there are those who are receiving large amount of tips, did not want to work in the food industry entirely. I knew a woman who studied to be a graphic designer and was working as a waitress. She kept her waitress job until she found a job that would hire her for her skills. Since the market at the time was slow, she would later discover that the skills that she was taught had become obsolete and things were now done with computers.

It really disgusts me as to how they are more attentive with white-on-black situations, but ignore the black-on-white. As Tyrone had said, a black person is likely to get killed by another black than they are by a police officer, namely who is white. I came across this video that I found disturbing, and shame on the race-obsessed parents who exploit their children to for this propaganda.

It's always about following the money renee. They are underachievers who want to make their situations based on their own decisions in life everybody's else's problem. When these hapless fools protest themselves out of a job, I would like to see what they are going to do next or try to cling on to. Unions don't create jobs. Unions are astro turfing this foolishness, but it does them no good union dues wise until these twits are unionized. That's really the end game goal. They are useful idiots who don't realize they are being played.

p allen "On February 18, 2011, Tyrone wrote; " I call them all nothing more then selfish, greedy living high on the troff PIGS!!".

You should have quoted me further allen. I never said I had anything against "teachers", I said and you know this, I called the "municipals unions" Pigs, get it right! ;-) This is where the cut and paste thingy kind of failed you allen.

p allen ""The teacher union swine don't realize that they don't have a valid nor moral ground on which to stand on"."

Teachers also make more then $15 an hour also, so since they aren't burger flippers, what is your point? Should teachers and burger floppers being on the same pay scale? Or are you saying that your profession isn't any more valuable then being a fry cook?

p allen "It should be completely evident that we're talking about two things that people need in order to survive, and become productive citizens. You have to eat, and you have to be able to read and write to make it through life."

How profound allen. I never knew that (sarcasm). You ever heard the saying "a poor person never gave anyone a job"? It's true. These crybabies burger flippers who AGREED to work for what they are being paid are protesting against the very evil companies who offered them the job in the first place. I guess I have to repeat myself. If these fools want to earn a living wage, THEY NEED TO GET THE SKILLS THE FREE MARKET DEMANDS SO THAT THEY WILL BE COMPENSATED WITH THAT OF A LIVING WAGE. Like I said so many times, liberals have a hard time grasping and comprehending what is common sense for everybody else.

p allen "So let me get this right Tyrone. In your twisted little mind, a teacher, someone who has spent time, money and effort to obtain the appropriate education and credentials to place themselves in the "market place", doesn't deserve to be paid accordingly because you view them as piggies sucking on the taxpayers dime. You are such a lightweight allen, geez. This is what you are overlooking. A teacher a person who works in the public sector not the private sector like burger flippers. The public sector does not contribute to economic output or GDP. There are literally dozens of fast food companies across the country with tens of thousands of franchisee. Each restaurant pays different. Many fast food places pay ABOVE minimum wage. The supply vs Demand for labor will dictate the price the store owner will pay as compensation. A teacher even though they provide nothing to GDP can still earn more if they want. An enterprising teacher will either make themselves more via obtaining their Masters Degree or and they will relocate or apply for a teaching job in an area where the salary for teaching is higher then what they are being paid. Oh wait!! Notice I didn't say anything about the municipal unions in this making that happen, fancy that. The teacher unions do not represent all teachers as you know.

Trying to put words in my mouth I see, do you mind if I chew them up and spit them back in your face and smile while doing it? :-)Everybody has free will to do what they want in life allen. That's "their choice". If people want to be burger flippers, who's stopping them from being them, obviously I'm not nor do I care. If they chose to do that then they simply need to be aware that those jobs pay what they pay FOR A REASON. What are the educational requirements to be a science ,j math or English teacher and what are the requirements to be a burger flipper at McDonalds allen?

p allen "I'm sticking by my assertion that Firemen should not be paid at all! They are the real "piggies" sucking on the taxpayer tit! Hell, they don't even have to spend a day in college. Teachers are needed thus they are compensated, Firefighters are needed thus they are compensated. Again, you are trying to intertwine the municipal unions with the professional public sector fields. It's not going to work. The MU's are piggies. People who go into teaching or become firefighters or police in the public sector normally go into those careers, because they want to do that kind of job as a career. People who want to earn the most go into the private sector for a career. It's that simple.

p allen "I'm sure you'll agree. In essence, you have to, because you've already layed out your position!"

I don't have to do anything actually, but anyone can read the whole story I wrote allen, not just your cut and paste exerts. lol Allen, Allen, Allen, all anyone has to do is type in google wake up black american and teacher union piggies or municipal union piggies and what I wrote in whole in come right up.lol For example.
Governor Scott Walker and the people of Wisconsin vs the teacher union swine and their self interest

CB;"Teachers are needed thus they are compensated".

How hypocritical, duplicitous and disingenuous are you willing to be Tyrone? Does it hurt that much to say that you're wrong? There's one thing about internet archives, they live on, and can come back to bite you in the rear...

"The teacher union swine don't realize that they don't have a valid nor moral ground on which to stand on, I call them all nothing more then selfish, greedy living high on the troff PIGS!".

No moral ground to stand on, and living high on the troff PIGS? Does that really sound as though they "are needed and should be compensated?" When you look to hire employee's, do you opt for the "greedy living high on the trough pigs with no moral ground to stand on" and then say, "these are the people I want to employ and compensate?"

"Suddenly" you believe teachers should be compensated according to their skill set? Don't even try it... At that time you made your point of asserting that teachers were not worthy of the pay and compensation they were receiving. It was the Teachers Union against a Republican governor. That's all you saw. You didn't give the Wisconsin teachers one iota of professional worth or value.

But now you're asserting that teachers should be compensated? Yet "AGAIN" it goes to show how confused the practice of conservative teachings has made you. A smart conservative would have stuck to his guns and stated with the "teachers are unworthy also." But noooooooooo! You couldn't do it because you're confused...

The fact is, in the real world EVERYONE wants to be compensated for the work they do. I said it once, and I'll say it again, I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT IS AN APPROPRIATE SALARY OR HOURLY WAGE FOR FAST FOOD WORKERS. What I do know, however, is that a grown-up independent individual who lives in 2014 America should be able to earn a living wage.

Look in the mirror allen, you are the one being hypocritical, duplicitous and disingenuous. Why do you keep leaving out the word "union"? 1. Are all teachers members of the teacher unions? No
2. Are there teachers who wish to leave the teacher's unions? Tes
3. Are all teachers progressives who want their dues spent on progressive political ads? No.

p allen ""Suddenly" you believe teachers should be compensated according to their skill set? "

Can you quote me when I ever said that teachers shouldn't be paid according to their skill set? If you can, post it. Have fun with my archives, grab a cup of coffee and have fun.

BS allen, I was against the teachers striking back in 2012 at the beginning of the school year in Chicago and I wrote about the strike Up Oh, you said that the only reason I wrote about the antics of the teacher union in Wisconsin is because Scott Walker is a Republican right? right? Um, when I wrote about how the Chicago Teacher Union hijacked the start of the school year in the name of the children, the governor of Illinois was Pat Quinn, who is a DEMOCRAT! DEMOCRAT! DEMOCRAT!!So was a shilling for a Democrat as well as a Republican governor allen, lol lol lol

No. You know what is worst than that? You actually have black liberals and hard core liberal black nationalist types that will not only defend what these racist assholes did and say race had nothing to do with the attack, they will also say that since blacks went through slavery, Jim Crow, and lynching in American History, this white boy paid the price for it! There are some black liberals that will look at that video and say, so what? That's karma for what the white devil did to us a long time ago. Whitey is getting pay back. And too bad; that white boy was at the wrong place at the wrong time and he should think twice next time before he brings his white ass into our area. Even the ones who don't come out and say that in public, feel that way. Don't believe me? Just listen to black talk radio, like one of Cathy Hughes' stations, depending on what market you are in. In the Baltimore Metro area, it is WOLB 1010am. Al Sharpton is probably Radio One's biggest draw. He's basically their Rush Limbaugh. And I apologize to Limbaugh and his fans in advance....
And I always felt like old cranky Joe Madison is Radio One's Mark Levin.... And again, I also apologize to Mark Levin and his fans in advance.

Not saying all blacks feel this way because I have seem SOME blacks expressed their disgust with what happened, but the reasons that I listed above are the reason you will not see prominent liberal race baiters like Melissa Perry, Lamont Hill, Eric Dyson and the rest of the clowns over at MSDNC, the Grio, Democracy Now, and Democrat Underground touch this story. It is still all about justice for Michael Brown all day. And defend the king, "half" black president all day, everyday from racist white people on the right who dare question or oppose his failed policies.

I will say thank goodness the black elected officials in Kroger are taking this very seriously and are not tolerating this and want justice for the white victim: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3S7Ck1VE3E

But the liberals...especially black libs will show sympathy for the black thugs and ask for mercy for them when and IF they are even caught.

CB;"Why do you keep leaving out the word "union"? Are all teachers members of the teacher unions? No".

Typical! You don't want a discussion with fact. You're struggling so hard, and so confused you can't even read what I clearly wrote; "It was the Teachers Union against a Republican governor. That's all you saw".

We weren't discussing who wanted to leave, stay, pay union dues or dance by the pale moonlight. I'm talking about what you stated about "teachers being greedy living high off the trough pigs." Who belongs to Teacher Unions Tyrone? There are teachers, substitute teachers, para-pros, nurses and a few other professionals. And yes "TEACHERS!" Educated professionals!

You seem to be in a state of desperation. You're looking for some angle to play on, a loophole you can exploit, a way out of your morass. Let me help you out. Try attacking "collective bargaining." Take up the opinion that you're completely against a group of people joining together to exercise their freedoms and collectively bargain with an employer. Take up the idea that the employer has an end-all-tell-all terms of employment. Where the employer can demand and control all aspects of your life.

CB;"Can you quote me when I ever said that teachers shouldn't be paid according to their skill set?".

As if this statement isn't just that??? "I call them all nothing more then selfish, greedy living high on the troff PIGS!!". (ps. it's spelled TROUGH. "Troff" is a Unix component for text document processing)
